PHOENIX THEATRE’S GREASEPAINT YOUTHEATRE OPENS SEASON WITH OLIVER! December 4 - December 20, 2009

Phoenix Theatre’s Greasepaint Youtheatre is kicking off the season with an all new production of the beloved, Tony Awardwinning musical Oliver! Opening night of the production is December 4, 2009 and will run through December 20. Greasepaint Artistic Director, Robert Kolby Harper is excited about bringing such a popular show to the Greasepaint stage. “Oliver is going to be amazing. The production and design teams are top notch and are dedicated to creating an extraordinary experience for both actors and audience alike. I am so proud of Greasepaint and the work we do. With D. Scott Withers directing, Oliver is going to be an incredible season opener!” The musical is an adaptation of Charles Dickens’ famous tale Oliver Twist with music, lyrics and book adaptation by Lionel Bart. Set in 1850, Oliver! tells the tale of a young orphaned boy, who due to his impudence, is tossed from the hardships of life at the orphanage into a chaotic

life on the run among street urchins and criminals. Oliver sings and dances his way through adversity right to the very end, where keeping his chin up finally pays off. Single tickets are $12 and can be purchased by contacting the Greasepaint Box Office at (480)990-7405 or online at www.greasepaint.org. Greasepaint Youtheatre and the Cookie Company are located at 7020 E. 2nd St. in Scottsdale, performing out of the historic Stagebrush Theatre.

Speech and Debate presented by Stray Cat Theatre Tempe Performing Arts Center Through December 19, 2009 Thursday - Saturday 8pm Sunday 2pm Even though they go to the same school, misfits Solomon, Diwata and Howie have never met until a shocking sex scandal involving one of their teachers throws them together through an unexpected chain of events. Written by one of the co-writers of last season’s columbinus, Speech and Debate is a wickedly funny new comedy that reminds us that sometimes you need to crank up the music, strip down to a nude body stocking, make like Martha Graham, and just let it all out!

Talking with the Hillenbrand brothers (the directors) is just as ‘spooky’ as their film is zany. The brothers are so in synch that during my interview with them, all three of us were in a conference call; their comments flowed from one to the other so fluidly that at times it was as if I was talking to one person! Read my interview with directors David and Scott Hillenbrand at www.ScreenScene.org “Transylmania” starring Patrick Cavanaugh, James DeBello, Tony Denman, Paul H. “Armored”, a good ol’ fashion ‘heist’ movie! A new guard starts a job for an armored truck company. release. Rated PG-13 for sequences of intense violence, some disturbing images and brief strong language. Runtime: 88 minutes.

Starring Columbus Short, Matt Dillon, Laurence Fishburne, Jean Reno, Skeet Ulrich, and Amaury Nolasco. Directed by Nimród Antal; written by James V. Simpson; Screen Gems

Tagline lines are one of my favorites when it comes to studio promotion for a movie. Most are pretty creative in summing up the basic premise or creating interest in a movie. With the title “The Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans” and the tagline “The only criminal he can’t catch is himself.” one gets a pretty definitive idea of Academy Award® winner Nicolas Cage’s latest. Add to it director Werner Herzog’s style of filmmaking (“Rescue Dawn” 2006 starring Batman’s Christian Bale), and you have a portrait of a person who’s life, through a series of events, slides quietly yet firmly out of control… Detective Terence McDonagh (Nicolas Cage) is a veteran on the police force. During a heroic event of saving a life during the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, he injures his back. He’s on AZWeeklyMagazine.com

prescription drugs for the constant pain. As the pain escalates, so does his need for stronger medication and in the course of his investigations, he takes liberties with drug related evidence. Adding to his woes is his partner (Val Kilmer) who feels he’s crossed the line; he’s in a deep financial hole because of sports betting, and the current case involving the deaths of five Senegalese immigrants has the detective wound pretty tight. The only bright spot is Frankie (Eva Mendes), a high price call girl who shares a kindred spirit with him on wanting to change the direction of their lives.

TEQUILA SUNRISE 1st Annual Phoenix Tequila Fest at US Airways Center Legend has it that tequila was invented thousands of years ago by the Aztecs. Through the ages, it has been a part of celebrations and festivals, from weddings and birthdays to gatherings around the fire singing ballads and corridos. A revered spirit, brewed from the agave plant, tequila has now become the hottest selling liquor in the United States, with an explosion of brands and labels from the multibillion dollar phenomenon Patron to the smallest boutique tequilas distilled and bottled by local agave

farmers. A weekend long celebration of this Mexican spirit comes to US Airways Center Dec 12 & 13, as the 1st Annual Phoenix Tequila Fest showcases a wide array of reposados, añejos and blancos from numerous distilleries and labels. “After seeing the tremendous response when we hosted the Tequila Fest in Las Vegas over the last three years, we knew Phoenix was ripe for this same kind of event,” said Juan Elias, President of Elias Entertainment and organizer of

the popular Tequila Fests. “Ralph Marchetta (GM of USAirways Center) was so enthusiastic about this event that it just seemed natural to bring it to our home town.” Eric Ruben of Tres Agaves agrees. Ruben is a rockstar of the tequila industry, and his Tres Agaves Cantina in San Francisco is the number one seller of 100% Blue Agave in the entire country. “The Tequila Fest brings the best upand-coming tequilas as well as the major top of the line brands for people to taste and explore the different expressions. Once you start experimenting, you discover the tremendous depth of palate and

variety there is to tequila.” Ruben knows first-hand. Each quarter he takes his bartenders and wait staff to Jalisco Mexico to visit the distilleries and learn the new flavors, techniques and trends from various labels. His staff are outright authorities on tequila, enabling their customers to discover new tastes and expressions. “That is what the Tequila Fest brings to Phoenix. An afternoon of tasting and sampling, live entertainment, a true celebration of tequila. We are really looking forward to it.” AZWeeklyMagazine.com

The Phoenix Tequila Fest is December 12th from Noon to 5 pm and December 13th from 1 pm to 5 pm. Tickets are $35 and available at Ticketmaster.com or www. phoenixtequilafest.com. mixture for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Soak only as many pieces of bread as you can fit in your griddle at one time. Two batches of six or three batches of four. Add melted butter to the medium hot griddle. 4. Sprinkle each slice of soaked bread with 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon sugar and lay sugar side down in the griddle. Sprinkle additional 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon sugar on top of each slice in the griddle. 5. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until French toast is a light golden brown and turn to cook other side. 6. Serve hot with creamy rum sauce or butter and maple syrup.

Egg Nog Rum French Toast This one is a perfect holiday morning breakfast or brunch for the adults in the family. Pair the perennial favorite rum-raisin flavor with egg nog for a cravable sweet and creamy French Toast. This is wonderful with fresh fruit and can be complimented with toasted or candied nuts or even warm rum soaked sugared raisins. This recipe can be done with 1/2 teaspoon of rum extract in place of the dark rum. This is a popular late-night breakfast for after Christmas Eve services or following the New Years Eve festivities.

Use a stand mixer if you have one. Cream together butter and sugar. (Basically blend them together until the mixture is light in color and fluffy.) Add the molasses and egg; blend well. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl - flour, baking soda, spices, and salt. Use a fork or sifter to fluff up the flour. Add dry ingredients to the wet - do this a bit at a time, and if you are using a stand mixer, pause between additions. The dough will get very stiff.

Heat the oven to 350 degrees F, and prep a shallow dish with ginger-sugar mixture.

Cranberry Ginger Gems Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients • 4 eggs • 1 cup egg nog • 2 tablespoons Dark Rum • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg • 1/8 teaspoon salt • 12 slices cinnamon swirl raisin bread (thick cut) • 2 tablespoons butter, melted • 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar (1 cup sugar to 1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon)

This recipe is part of The Food Channel’s Virtual Cookie Exchange. These Cranberry Gingerbread Gems are a Baking Day favorite, and one which you can always associate with this time of year. Small, crisp and plenty addictive – put ten or so in a small cellophane bag with a ribbon to give to co-workers this holiday season.

December 3rd - December 9th, 2009

Preparation

Fold in cranberries and crystallized ginger bits. Cover, and refrigerate until very firm.

Serve with Creamy Rum Sauce, served warm.

Preparation 1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat eggs with a wire whip. 2. Add egg nog, rum, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt, whip to combine. 3. Heat heavy skillet. Soak bread slices in egg

• 1/2 teaspoon ginger • 1/2 teaspoon cloves • 1/3 teaspoon kosher salt • 1 cup dried cranberries • 1 cup chopped crystallized ginger • Ginger brew mixed with sugar (or white sugar mixed with 1/4tsp ground ginger)

Ingredients • 3/4 cup butter, softened • 1 cup sugar • 1/4 cup blackstrap molasses (regular works fine too, but the bitterness helps balance the sweet) • 1 egg • 2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour • 2 teaspoons baking soda • 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon AZ WeeklyMagazine.com

Now, you can shape these a few ways. If you want normal size cookies, simply shape into 1-inch balls and roll in the sugar. However, part of the charm of these cookies is how small, crispy and utterly addictive they are. To make small cookies, take a scoop of dough and roll it in your hands into a snake. Roll the snake in sugar, then take a sharp knife and cut into pieces about a half inch thick. Press slightly to reshape into a circle if necessary. Use a sil-pat on a baking sheet when making these as it pretty much negates any pan cleanup, but parchment or a greased cookie sheet works well too. Place the mini-cookies about an inch apart. Bake for no more than 10 minutes at 350 degrees - Check around 6 minutes in. A cookie should feel set but not stiff - if it feels sturdy in the oven, they are probably overdone. Cool on a rack for a few minutes (if they last that long!) Visit www.foodchannel.com to discover many more fun and unique winter holiday treats that will ‘tis the season for years to come!

The Night Owl If you have an entertainment event or item to include in “The Night Owl” send to brent.diggins@azweeklymagazine.com “The Night Owl” will cover restaurants, clubs, bars, celebrities, music and other miscellaneous events.

BY BRENT DIGGINS AND EFIA MOORE Don’t you love the holiday season? If you don’t you are a grinch, plain and simple. I don’t even want to hear WHY you hate it if you do. For those that enjoy it and everything that surrounds it, there is always something to do, always something going on and always a place to go to spread your wings, to have a smile and to embrace the beauty of life…fun. So here are some things and places to do just that. For all that happened, is happening and will happen in the Valley, read on. Let it snow, Let it snow, Let it Flo: Growing up in California and living in Arizona for the past five years, I’ve never experience a white Christmas. Southwestern winter holidays are usually filled with warm sunshine and outdoor activities, but that doesn’t mean that us warm weather Night Owls don’t like to pretend to have white Christmases. Rather than go to snowy locals, we bring the snow to us, like Axis/Radius will be doing this Friday, December 4 with its “Flo in the Snow” Starting at 9 p.m., the Old Town Scottsdale hang out, which recently celebrated 12 years of clubbing, will turn in to a bumpin’ Château featuring adult beverage snow cones and 10 tons of imported snow for acclaimed rapper Flo Rida official after party. Not your traditional winter holiday party, “Flo in the Snow” will also have some of the valley’s best DJ, including DJs Solomon, Tranzit, DJ Jared and DJ Tai, spinning the best beats to keep you warm all night long. See you there in your sexiest winter wear. To get information on the event’s snowy conditions, check out, www.axis-radius.com. Bidding Farewell: This year has brought about a lot of goodbyes as some of the Valley’s favorite eateries, bars, and clubs have closed their door. The most recent, and probably one of the best dance clubs in Phoenix, Homme Lounge, had its last call this past week. Once a mecca for the gay, bisexual and transgender crowd, its notoriously fun dance nights, like the Party Foul! and cheap cocktails began attracting all types of Valley Night Owls. It makes me sad, because it comes a month after Shake! at Scottsdale’s Rouge Bar closed down too. With some of the best dance nights in the Valley closing, what’s a Night Owl to do? I recently heard that the owners of Phase 54, the split personality recording studio/concert venue/dance party in Chandler might be opening a new venue for live music and dance parties in early 2010. Let’s hope more people brave the short lived party scene, or else us dance party Night Owl addicts will be left with fewer and fewer places to convene. The Compound: So I finally made it over to the brand new The Compound Bar and Grill at Scottsdale and the 101, and not a moment too

soon. It is now one of my top 5 favorite places in the Valley, just like that. For those who don’t know, it is a restaurant, it is a bar and it is a music venue, and it does all of them very well. Let’s start with the most important thing--the music. This isn’t a dirty, grimy, dark music venue, but it is housed in a former Black Angus steakhouse at Scottsdale and the 101. But the thing is that longtime Valley soundman Ted Greenbaum and the people behind The Compound--who also run the McDowell Mountain Music Festival--optimized the sound system to fit the space. Plus they have inserted an excellent stage. So what kind of music? All sorts; rock, indie, jazz, blues and gospel to name a few. If you say that you can’t find good original music in Phoenix, you don’t have an excuse anymore as The Compound is running music 5 days a week, and sometimes has two shows per day (an early acoustic act) and a later main stage. Plus, they bring in national acts from time to time like Jackie Greene, Tea Leaf Green and Blind Boys of Alabama--again eclectic, but high quality. So let’s move to the food….The food is all VERY fresh and most of it is made with organic ingredients. They have a lot of vegetarian and vegan options for a menu. Right now they serve lunch and dinner with breakfast on the weekends, and have a happy hour from 3:00-6:00 p.m. Prices of food range from about $7-12, so it is very affordable especially for the quality. So what about the bar? It is nice, it has some flat screen TVs, some lounging couches, but what makes it great? The prices. 20 oz. domestic drafts for $4 every day, plenty of microbrews and specialty beers and generally cheap drinks. So is everything perfect? No, but the things that aren’t are minor and likely stem from this being their first time in the restaurant business. Information like hours, happy hours, specials and that are hard to find on the Web site, they have to find a way to deal with those who just want to eat, those who just want to see music and those who want to eat and do a little music (is full cover charge necessary?). I also think The Compound will run into people who want to label it one thing or another, but let’s think outside the box and see it as what it is not what it should be. And the thing that it is… is a great music venue, a great restaurant and a great bar. Oh, I forgot to mention that the bathrooms there are some of the nicest bathrooms I’ve seen at a restaurant no matter the price point. So get on over, have a beer, have a meal and listen to some music. It’s all good. Thecompoundgrill.com Be safe, be a good person. Till next time…

Their colors are red, white and blue – and they will no longer be taken lightly.

The team’s long-standing advertising slogan titled “Don’t Tread On Me” has very real meaning, and can now be worn proudly and accurately by U.S. Soccer fans. After all too often curling up into a ball and pleading for mercy against world powers, Bob Bradley’s team has thrown off its shackles, delivering one of the great-

est results in U.S. soccer history.

forgiven for expecting an easy ride.

Written off going into the Confederations Cup and ridiculed after blowout losses in their first two games, somehow Bradley’s players found the will and the way to defeat Spain 2-0. Another recent victory over Egypt sparked some confidence, but even that improved performance gave little indication of what was soon to be.

This team has proven to themselves that they have everything it takes to make a run to glory for the coveted World Cup Trophy.

The same group of men played dreadful against Brazil and were simply outclassed by Italy. The tactics were not drastically different, either. However their new empowered mindset is now a world apart. This team is hungry. And things have changed.

And the Americans will now be seen as a dangerous opponent capable of springing a shocking victory at any time. World Champions or not, the talented U.S. squad will no longer be afraid. The world has taken notice. American soccer has arrived, and will no longer be pushed around.

From the outset, the U.S. proved to Spain that it would not be bowed, even against a team ranked the best on the planet. The Americans attacked hard and early and set some seeds of doubt into the minds of an opponent that could have been

At this stage, it looks likely that the U.S. will be one of the third seeds going into the World Cup draw later this year.

TECH N9NE ARMED AND READY FOR THE BATTLE WITHIN

signature machine-gun delivery and heart-pounding pace.

LYRICAL LEGEND’S ‘KING OF DARKNESS’ TAKES A CLOSER LOOK AT THE PASSION AND DEPTH OF PERSONAL STRUGGLE

His newest album, K.O.D. is a complex and emotional journey through life’s pain and sorrow, spiritual battles and struggle for inner peace. The three part album captures the darkness that consumes Tech with a demonic presence, questions of God, anger, madness, lust, the supernatural and the diminishing health of his beloved mother.

By Jeff Haugen Every now and then the world gives us a gift. Something truly unique, widelyadmired and very much out of the ordinary. A relentless and unexpected source of energy, reflection and inspiration. In this case, a musician and artist who continues to further cement his legacy. Evoking thought, embracing pain and achieving greatness along the way is a man determined to reach the masses with a message loud and clear. A free spirit, charismatic soul and larger than life musician known to the world as TECH N9NE. The Kansas City rapper (born Aaron Dontez Yates) has evolved into a relentless force in his respective industry, mastering his craft with never before seen displays of speed, delivery and precision that commands attention. Whether filled with joy or consumed by pain, his technique is undisputed and widely admired with a bold and passionate approach that has achieved him rap supremacy. Lyrical Wizardry

Never before has one so powerfully moved a sea of people through words, beats and heartfelt messages, all of which genuinely carry through his voice. Giving the Midwest a style all its own, Tech’s diverse delivery patterns and high-powered, back-andforth exchanges are nothing short of astonishing. And most importantly, these otherworldly skills on the mic are driven and inspired by true life subject matter that transcends rap clichés. The conversational flow, supreme storytelling ability and theatrical style Tech has mastered continues to catch listeners off guard. With clever wit and a quick tongue, he is able to roam freely on each and every track, often shifting gears mid-verse with his December 3rd - December 9th, 2009

King of Darkness

With memorable features from Academy Award winners Three 6 Mafia, Strange affiliates Krizz Kaliko, Brotha Lynch Hung and Kutt Calhoun, K.O.D. allows TECH N9NE to paint the most vivid pictures he’s ever attempted. Powered by tracks like “Show Me A God” and “Leave Me Alone,” it may be his most personal collection of songs yet. “I’ve seen so much pain recently,” TECH N9NE divulges, “so many dark things. I had to take those experiences and make something beautiful out of them. I couldn’t let myself fall into that hole with no chance of getting out.” It was a deep despair that, regardless of his success, he could not shake. While touring, appearing on TV and acknowledging his support from an ever-growing fan base, his mother was waging war with her health. It’s these intimate battles that pushed his music to new corners – that helped him climb out of the hole and release his anger and pain on the tracks of K.O.D. “I know people are feeling some of the same things I am,” TECH N9NE confesses, “and maybe this will let them see that everyone has those dark things they go through. Everyone can face them and be stronger in the end.” K.O.D. puts the human condition under the microscope, as Tech boldly confronts his fears and innermost demons on record in an angry and driven quest to discover his purpose. Every Tech album however comes with its own distinct mood and message. In this case, a rebellious and darker side to the deep-thinking Tech takes main stage, as he bravely addresses the pain and frustration his mother’s illness brings, as well as a lack of personal peace despite his flourishing career AZWeeklyMagazine.com

and success as an artist. The Man Behind the Mic In speaking with the friendly, passionate and always true-to-self entertainer, it is thoroughly clear that his rock and fail-safe source of happiness and inspiration in life are his wonderful children; three beautiful, glowing little girls who bring him endless joy. Through thick and thin, he is always able to find peace and comfort through his kids, who are always at the core of his very being. A thankful and devoted dad, he will quickly tell you in a proud and touching tone, that his girls are by far the achievement of his life. The TechN9ne Experience Tech’s larger than life persona and surreal presence on stage commands undivided attention with little or no effort. Refusing to conform and always true to himself and his fans, Tech bravely bares his soul, night in and night out, city after city. Wherever he may roam, an army of TechN9ne fans proudly hold him in the highest regard. His fan base continues to grow at an exponential rate, as those who hear his message are able to relate through the pain and struggles within their own

lives. No matter the city, each venue has a homecoming vibe, as fans from coast to coast are proud to consider him one of their own. Further elevating the TechN9ne experience is the unique and undeniable energy Tech and his bandmates unleash alongside a hypnotizing stage show presence that is quite the sight to see. Acknowledging the power of both sight and sound, Tech and his crew dazzle sold out crowds with flawless choreographed sets and heart-pounding beats that induce a near perfect, trance-like state of mind. Considered by many to be the best emcee the world has ever witnessed, his distinctly unique sound and jawdropping lyrical ability takes listeners deep into his psyche, where anything is possible and no holds are barred. In short, there’s no quit in this one. To hell and back, his appeal and swagger is now stronger than ever. Wherever his path may lead and story unfold, legions of devoted, die-hard TechN9ne fans will be close by his side every step of the way. Catch TECH N9NE and the rest of Strange Music on the K.O.D. ROCKZONE ROCKS! BUY • SELL • TRADE

An overlooked album from earlier this year has found its way, finally being reviewed since being picked up by a major label. Trying to describe a band’s sound is essential if you’re trying to turn people on to them. Music isn’t just all “rock” or “pop”. There are many differ-

scene. “In One Ear” kicks things off with a plodding groove that says the band has a bit more to offer in terms of style. “James Brown” could easily be mistaken for a Jet tune. From first listen, “Ain’t No Rest For The Wicked” is obviously the single and works well with a Beck-like overtone. “Tiny Little

Robots” has a bit more fervor than the previous tracks and delivers decent melody throughout. Straight up no frills rock with a sense of melody and a subtle mix of outside influences make for an interesting, albeit above average debut. This is certainly worth

Like any Phoenician with a television, I’ve seen the commercials over the years. You know the ones…. “Overweight? Depressed?… Back pain…. Headaches? Call me, Sam Meranto. I can help you!” Lose weight without dieting? Alleviate back pain without surgery? Sam has been at the same location for 33 years, so he must be doing something right… right? I watched with interest mixed with skepticism. I finally decided to find out more for myself. When I met with Sam, he showed me a large and quite impressive scrapbook depicting a range of average people like myself to the Hollywood elite. It became evident that he has an innate ability to interpret the human psyche. Sam has helped sports figures, actors, musicians and even people with diagnosed medical conditions. Without having divulged anything personal to him, he looked into my eyes and addressed some issues that I have been struggling with in my life. The sessions treat weight loss, depression, pain, insomnia and a variety of other issues. He helps invoke positive life changes by addressing the underlying causes rather than prescribing

medications which treat the symptoms. His methods have been used both at Yale Hospital and Tucson Medical Center. I can honestly tell you that I left Mr. Meranto’s office feeling better about the day, myself and my future. My session with Sam reminded me just how precious life is and the potential that it holds. How can I not go back? Sam Meranto is currently offering a free appointment along with a CD. The office is located at 4440 E. Indian School Rd. in Phoenix. Hours are M-F 8AM-5PM. (602)9574669. Are You Smarter Than A Nobel Prize Winner?

Let’s face it, most of us think we’re pretty well read and pretty darn smart. But not too many of us have won a Nobel Prize for Physiology or Medicine, and that is why I want to introduce you to Dr. Otto Warburg.

Dr. Otto Warburg 1931 Nobel Prize Laureate Dr. Warburg won the 1931 Nobel Prize for Physiology or Medicine for his work during the 1920s on the then relatively unknown and mysterious disease called cancer. He successfully identified the root cause of cancer, and discovered that cancer cells, unlike normal cells, thrive in an anaerobic, acidic state rather than an oxygen rich, high pH environment. In fact, he discovered that cancer cannot grow in a high alkaline, oxygen rich environment at all. Think about this for a minute. This means we have known what causes cancer for over 78 years, but if this is true, why don’t we learn this fact in every high school biology class in America? Why don’t the cancer treatment centers, oncologists or cancer related charities shout this knowl-

edge from the rooftops? Why isn’t there a warning from the Surgeon General on every bottle or can of soft drinks or sports drinks sold in America? They are extremely acidic, after all, and can cause great damage to humans by helping to create an extremely acidic environment inside the body. And why isn’t there anything being done to tell every American to alkalize their body before it is too late? The good news is that there IS something being done to spread this news, and even more importantly, I have recently discovered an incredible way to achieve an alkaline balanced body that is simple, fast, and easy!

Change Your Water and Change Your Life! Can it really be as easy to create an alkaline balanced body as drinking a different kind of water every day? Yes! But only if it is the right kind of water, made fresh in your own kitchen every day from your very own powerful water processing machine.

Micro-Clustered for Maximum Absorption and Hydration After passing through one of these amazing machines, your water will be micro-clustered, which means it is the most effective water in the world when it comes to hydrating each and every one of the approximately 70 Trillion cells in your body. The vast majority of Americans are chronically dehydrated, which leads to a myriad of health challenges and concerns.

Every person I know wants to because of the extremely acidic lead a healthy, happy, active life, conditions of our bodies. but many people simply aren’t Alkalize or Die!
