GJU WATER TANK Our assignment was to propose a use for the vacant space within the water tank structure that is located next to the main Campus of our university in Madaba - Jordan. The Centric Core of the Tank and the Squared plan was the main factor in the creation of the design as my proposal was an Art Gallery that in principle depends on the spiral vertical Circulation around the core in both opposite directions as you go up you experience only one side of every single floor while observing a hint of the other side but being physically unable to reach it until you arrive to the top of the tower and traverse to the other mysterious side going down the tower to creating an ambiguous experience full of excitement. The elevations have no openings, but white canvases were used next to the exhibition slabs so they allow the diffused light to penetrate the building and illuminate the artworks.

Al-Ghrayyeb Park Our site analysis dealt with how typologies can be listed as memories, image, and usage of space. My main concern was to deal with the existing typologies all while reappreciating the site’s memory and reviving what it once was. To reinforce the public realm of the region, all while keeping in mind the needs of the users. My approach was to recreate the site into a public park that also included a grocery market, which the area lacked.
3
The park would act as a sign, a stimuli that does not require further advertisement, evoking the users to visit this site which would, in turn, attract attention . to the market and assure consistent income and use.
The design process of the project is based on typologies in existing grocery markets: Minimal massing, and practical for multi-use. The urban furniture I have implemented was to assure the
integration of the market within the park through its continuity and flow. The vegetation inserted was of least exaggeration possible to highlight and point attention to how the aesthetics of the site, are the products and merchandise.

Jubilee housing proposal As observed in the district, one of the biggest issues would be the informal expansion of the housing units. This led to a lack of privacy, lighting defficiency as well as limited ventilation. This project seeks to municipalize the setbacks of each plot, creating a semi-public path and a courtyard, solving the issues mentioned above.

Jubilee Design intervention The housing development of the Jubilee quarter consists of a grid planned residential settlement and in-between socket like common spaces. These common spaces were envisioned to be pleasant gathering places for the inhabitants. This project seeks to re-appreciate these sockets by introducing a structure that would act as path defining stimuli.
-Jubilee district-
This structure not only reinforces the existing path, but it could also be used as a recreational space.

Mix-use Building Commercial / residential The Location of Site is Located at the edge of Jabal Amman and The downtown of Amman as the difference between the lowest and the highest point of the site is approximately 20 meters, but the terrain was already demolished by the owner to create a parking space, and that was the main challenge of the site. Our task was to combine both commercial and Residential uses in the same structure. a vertical Functional zoning was done, a commercial strip on the lower floor directly to the lower street hiding the parking garage behind it, an extra layer of shops were added to the first floor, and the rest of the building was residential with a separation element “The common area, that connect all the studios together, also it creates a buffer zone between the commercial and residential zones.

LOCAL INTERNSHIP / PACE INTERNATIONAL
MAZAYA TOWERS ELEVATIONS PROPOSAL Pace Kuwait was commisioned to supervise and develop the design of the new towers of Mazaya. The client required several elevation proposals. My task was to propose an elevation design to the towers. So my initial idea began with the analysis of the tower’s orientation as the tower corner is directly facing the south, as a result, stone diagonal louvers were added all over the building creating a vertical sculpture of shadows.

Al-Jazeera Airways Kuwait airport Terminal Elevation Pattern
G
Jazeera Airways new Terminal design in Kuwait International Airport includes Metal perforated sheets. My task was to modify the pattern of the perforations considering it should be a seamless pattern and modular so it can easily be made by the metal manufacturer, so I started with creating the small patch of the pattern, and then I implemented it in a system to create a larger patch so it won’t look repetitive . in the end, I tested the resultant Pattern in a render to show the final pattern to scale comparing the elevation size. 62.50
