ello and welcome to another issue of b500 magazine. For this, our Summer 2021 issue I am really thrilled to announce another exclusive, with our front cover image and inside story for Hispano Suiza.

in Italy, I was going back in time to 1969 with help from some friends at the Classic Motor Hub and three of their currently available classics. This was a fun photoshoot with help from Scotty, Leanne & Elizabeth and the guys at the Hub and full credits can be found on the pages, starting on page 71.

Hispano Suiza are back, just like it says on our exclusive Summer front cover - and back with a serious sucker punch with their 1,100hp Carmen Boulogne EV. I am very pleased to welcome Hispano Suiza to the pages of b500 - and a special thank you to CEO, Sergio Martínez Campos for taking the time to write a welcome introduction page for this issue.

I’m delighted to announce that b500 magazine has been invited to be the Official Media Partner of the much anticipated ‘Sleeping with Art’ event being held across two consecutive days in Hereford this September. You can read all about it in this issue and I very much hope to say hello to all of you who manage to be there, for what is looking to be a truly amazing event filled with cars and car artists. I will be there as an artist, with a few new pieces on display, and in my capacity as Founder/ Editor of b500 magazine and also as founder of the B500X Arkonik Defender by Etienne, which will be uncovered exclusively at Sleeping With Art as our very first show event, and we cannot wait!

A century ago and based in Barcelona, the most coveted and admired car brand in Europe was called Hispano Suiza. Now 100 years on and Hispano Suiza are back and this time with full 21st century Electric hypercars. Read all about the brand from page 13. I’m pleased to announce a new regular contributor from this issue. None other than the owner of our Spring front cover ‘Unicorn’, and who is perhaps best known on Instagram as ‘redshift75’. Giole took part in the Ferrari Tribute in an F50 alongside the recent Mille Miglia, as well as with his ‘Futurista’ which he collected on route and has very kindly opened his first b500 pages with his story of those days and a few fantastic exclusive pictures. Whilst Giole was enjoying going back in time through the classic 1,000 miles

Also in this issue we have Bart Kuykens who chats to Jeff Zwart, Amy Shore who recounts a few scary - but exhilarating moments on the Great Malle Rally and we highlight the photography of the Netherlands based ‘Rooy Twins’. I hope you enjoy the Summer Issue of b500 as much as I have enjoyed bringing it all together. Here come summer! Del
