I am B_Anna_na and I love what I do.

I am a Gemini. I love bananas and pink is my favourite colour. More importantly, I believe in living life artfully and with deliberation.

In order to convey who I am, I should tell you the following:

I am not a graphic designer, a furniture designer or an interior designer. I am a creative, an aesthete and a philocalist.

Art is mythical and transcendent, while design is functional. The proliferation of design and art are important, fostering sensibilities within people , helping them view the world differently—to think and feel differently. Art has the power to change us at the most basic level.

My approach, regardless of the mandate is rooted in problem solving. My process results in one well-studied and meticulous solution. My clients receive the one that will solve their problem. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Understanding how artists have been involved with Industry in the past and evaluating why this continues to be such a fruitful relationship is essential in order to contribute adequately to the dialogue. I pride myself in studying why certain collaborations do well while others fail.

I think of myself as an “ideas” person. Proposing innovative ways to sell art, through the creation of special installations or projects that showcase artists and designers. Consider me a “thinker” that finds the right fit between artists, medium, companies and disciplines.

I P R O P E L A R T

Art creates a sense of unity that flows through all elements of a business or a person. An entity needs to have a concrete sense of itself, to understand what it is and where it is going. Art can act as a foundational base for the abstracted components that make up one’s essence. I believe that art can contribute to a company’s bottom line. Creating opportunities for collaborations allows companies the possibility to contribute to the development of the arts. This exchange between art and commerce is essential.

I care about your brand’s development.

I use design thinking to create everything from your marketing campaigns, to launching new ideas and so forth.

I care less about your perceived end result and more about what you are communicating to your brand ambassadors. Everything about your product and company, I will learn as needed.
