 50% respondents are owning Hero Honda bikes, 20% respondents are owning Bajaj bikes While 15% respondents are owning TVS, 12% of them Yamaha and 2% for LML.

 46% respondents have brought the two wheelers on the advice of their friends, 24% respondents will seek the advice of relative. While 11% respondents from news papers and remaining 9% respondents on the basis of Auto Magazines

 55% respondents are attracted by mileage, 20% respondents for resale value, 5% respondents for Aesthetic, 8% respondents for price, 10% for maintenance and 2% respondents for others.

 50% of the respondents prefer to buy Bajaj Discover 112 with respect to price, 30% respondents prefer Splendor+, 11% respondents will to for Victor, 5% of the respondents for Libero G5 and 2% for Freedom and Boss Velocity.

 55% of the respondents prefer to buy Hero Honda Splendor+ with respect to mileage and 17% of the respondents prefer to buy Victor.

10% of the respondents will go for Discover 112 and 13% for Libero G5. While 4% of the respondents prefer the LML Freedom and 1% for Boss velocity.

 31% of the respondents prefer the Hero Honda Splendor+ with respect aesthetics & 39% for Discover 112. 9% of the respondents will go for LML Freedom & 10% for Libero G5. While remaining 11% for Victor.

 When respondents where asked to rank the parameter which made them to select two wheeler. The parameter rated the highest was fuel efficiency followed by the resale value and price of vehicle, aesthetics was lowest.

 50% of the respondents choose to buy two wheelers from Hero Honda & 20% from Bajaj company. 15% of them will go for TVS & 10% for Yamaha. While 5% for LM.

 When respondents where asked to rank Hero Honda Splendor+ with other company bikes. They rated highest rank for Hero Honda Splendor+ and followed by the Bajaj, Discover 112 & Victor, Boss velocity was lowest rank.

 35% of the respondents are satisfied with the after sales service of Hero Honda & 28% of respondents with Bajaj company. 20% of the respondents are in favor of TVS & 9% for Yamaha. While 5% for LML and 3% for others.

Nearly 12% of the respondents are dissatisfied & 10% of them are completely dissatisfied. 65% of respondents say that resale value of Hero Honda Splendor+ is high and 25% of them are in favor of moderate. While 8% are in favor of low resale value and 2% for poor.

SALES PROCESS:1) When a customer walks into our showroom, the receptionist will greed him/her & lead to a sale executive.

2) On introduction of the sale executive will take the customer, to the selection room & show the various modals displayed treat & explain in detail the salient feature of each modal. The Hero Honda is the No.1 two-wheeler company in India which produces wide variety of products with different models, aesthetics etc, by which it has captured a large market share in two-wheeler market.

Now there are other companies like Bajaj, TVS, Yamaha etc, which are giving keen competition to Hero Honda.
