A Town of Surbiton, A Town of Investments


While making a stroll at the Surbiton town, I saw a lot of well- built houses. Grabbing the opportunity, I took a look on the different properties. First, I wandered in the center town of Surbiton located conveniently for mainline station. This studio apartment gives an ideal first time or investment purchase. My eyes had a glance the ground floor of a detached Victorian property, which comprises a studio room with separate kitchen and bathroom.


Then, I went to Hook Rise North, Surbiton, where a beautifully presented two- bedroom first floor located close to local amenities. Also, a well- planned accommodation throughout with living room, newly fitted kitchen and family bathroom are amazingly built in the said property. Next to the list is located in centre and within very easy reach of Surbiton train station. The house has available two bedrooms in the ground floor. This built apartment offers well- planned accommodation throughout. This apartment has also a reception room, modern kitchen, two large bedrooms and a modern bathroom.


In the Hook Rise South, there I found 3- bedroom detached house. This offers a well-planned accommodation throughout. Also, it includes entrance hall, fitted kitchen, spacious reception room and conservatory, all to the ground floor. In addition, the first floor has also three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The outside covers off street parking for several cars leading to a garage. Meanwhile, the rear of the property is a beautifully kept rear garden and is a real feature of this property.


Moving forward, I headed to three- bedroom house at Thornhill Road at Surbiton. This semi- detached house which is situated on a large cornet plot has a well- planned accommodation throughout. The ground floor provides two reception rooms, shower room, kitchen and three bedrooms with a family bathroom. It is located on an excellent sized plot with garage and car port.


For the final route, I went to Lovelace Gardens, where I captured a very spacious two- bedroom ground floor offering wellplanned accommodation throughout. Benefits include reception room with wonderful views over the communal gardens, two double bedrooms, fitted kitchen and luxury bathroom located in a very popular part of Surbiton. After one day stroll around Surbiton, I ended up drinking a bottle of cold water. I realized after that I can invest with those through buying some and get an investment out of it.
