This came after police launched a manhunt for Cordier. "The DCS, working with the South African Police Service, has rearrested inmate Johannes Petrus Cordier near Hartbees-poort" said spokesperson Singabakho Nxumalo. He said an internal investigation would determine disciplinary steps to be taken "against the offender and all involved" in the escape. Police were also investigating the incident. DCS Gauteng regional commissioner Thakane Grace Molatedi said officials worked "tirelessly" to find and rearrest Cordier. Cordier was

The spiritual reasons behind Breast Cancer –TruLight Radio XM two weekly article titled ~ “The Doctor Says – The Bible Says” Approximately 1 million new cases of breast cancer are diagnosed each year world-wide. It is the most common cancer in women. Approximately 1 in 10 women will develop breast cancer. Hopefully this will change with the application of the principles that I am teaching. Ladies, I’m about to show you the biggest secret to preventing and healing of breast cancer and I know it is true because so many females across the world are being healed. The most common symptom of breast cancer is a hard lump that can be felt in the breast and is usually painless. Malignant breast tumour’s are usually firm and irregular and often produce visible signs of breast asymmetry such as flattening, dimpling or puckering of the over lying skin. It can also cause retraction of the nipple. 50% of breast cancer lumps are located in the upper outer quadrant of the breast. Other symptoms of breast cancer include swelling and dimpling of the skin (this is called peau d’orange because the skin looks like that of an orange peel) and less commonly pain within the breast. Bleeding or discharge from the nipple can occur in advanced cancer. Sometimes breast cancer can present with a dry scaling or red weeping appearance of the nipple which is known as Paget’s disease. When the breast cancer spreads to other parts of the body, symptoms include lumps above the collar bone, bone pain, a cough or breathlessness, lethargy and tiredness, jaundice and headaches, or a sudden onset of grand mal seizures. Breast cancer is caused by long term festering bitterness, resentment and strife between the woman with the disease and another female. There are other causes of breast cancer which will be mentioned later. When you allow strife in your life – you open the door to every evil work: James 3 v 16: “For where there is envying and strife, there is confusion and every evil work.” Strife includes bickering, arguing, fighting, heated disagreements and angry undercurrents. I explained how strife literally puts your body into a toxic state of stress. Strife causes an increase in the levels of stress hormones such as cortisol. In high levels cortisol destroys your immune system thus predisposing you to cancer, viruses and any type of bacterial, parasitic or fungal infection… Literally any evil work, just as the Word of God says. In the background to cancer in general I also explained how long term festering bitterness can lead to the retention of toxins inside your body cells that destroy the anti-oncogenes. The cells in females that are targeted are the breast tissue because the breasts are the nurturing aspect of the female. When a female is no longer nurturing and is into a lot of strife with bitterness festering within her, the anti-oncogenes in the cells in her breasts are destroyed and she gets cancer. Henry Wright initially saw the connection between breast cancer and bitterness between the woman with breast cancer and another female just through ministering to thousands of women with

breast cancer. He became involved in their lives and found that all of them had bitterness towards their mother, motherin-law or sister or some other female. There were two doctors, one in Taiwan and one in Denvor Colorodo who began to collaborate as Christian doctors. At first they were sceptical about Henry Wright’s teaching because he is a pastor. So these two doctors began to go back and look at their case histories to see if there really was a connection in breast cancer between the woman with the disease and bitterness and strife towards another woman. And they came to a startling observation: • If the cysts or the tumour’s appear in the left breast, it is an indicator of unresolved conflict and bitterness between the female with the disease and another female who is a blood relative – that would be a mother or a sister or grandmother or an aunt. • If the tumour’s or cysts appear in the right breast, it’s an indication of unresolved conflict and bitterness between the female with the disease and a nonblood relative female – mother-in-law at the top of the list or a woman in the work place or a woman in the church. • If tumour’s appear in both breasts, it is an indication of unresolved conflict and bitterness between that woman with the disease and both sides – blood relative and non-blood relative. The American Medical Association came up with a startling statistic – 10% of breast cancers are caused by mammograms! A few years ago published medical reports stopped recommending mammograms but they did not tell you why. They knew that the radiation from mammograms was causing breast cancer and it has been for years. An over exposure to the hormone oestrogen and an under exposure to the hormone progesterone can promote breast cancer. Women who first started their menstrual periods early in life and go through menopause later in life have an increased risk of breast cancer because they have more menstrual cycles in their life time. This is because there is an oestrogen surge during each menstrual cycle that stimulates the growth of the cells of the breast. When the cells in the breast are compromised by the spiritual issues behind cancer, the additional stimulation by the oestrogen will accelerate the development of breast cancer. That is why women who go through menopause before 45 years of age have only half the breast cancer risk of those whose menopause occurs after 55 years of age. Women who never have children also have an increased risk of breast cancer as do those who delay having their first child until their mid or late thirties. Breast feeding and having the first child at an early age is protective against breast cancer. A hormone called prolactin is produced during breast feeding and progesterone is produced during pregnancy. These two hormones protect breast cells against oestrogen in the long term. There is also an increased risk of breast cancer associated with obesity because fat cells also produce oestrogen. A woman who is on hormone replacement therapy can also be over exposed to oestrogen as can a woman who takes a

contraceptive pill which has very high oestrogen content. When your immune system is healthy (there is no fear, anxiety, strife, bitterness etc upstream in your thought life), cancer cannot develop. Deal with the issues behind Cancer 1. The Bible says that when we hate our brother, even when we speak against our brother with our tongue, we are a murderer (1 John 3 v 15). Under the law the penalty of murder was death. Now we can understand why the spirit of death is on the loose in cancer. If you want to get rid of cancer, it is essential that you get rid of the unforgiveness and bitterness in your life. 2. You have got to get fear, anxiety and stress out of your life – and that includes strife! 3. There are many types of cancer associated with varying degrees of selfhatred and guilt. Building a healthy selfesteem comes from knowing who you are in Christ and placing your identity and sense of self-worth in Him. You need to see yourself as God sees you. The chapter on page 498 will help you in this area. 4. In getting rid of bitterness, fear, anxiety, stress and/or a low self-esteem, guilt and self-hatred out of your thought life, you need to apply the 10 principles in the chapter on page 544. These principles are critically important in dealing with cancer. 5. Remember that you also need to deal with the genetically inherited component of cancer by repenting for the sins of your fathers. 6. Sometimes with cancer you need to be prepared to remove viruses (spirits of infirmity), the spirit of death and the spirit of fear – this has to be dealt with through deliverance. Deal with this issue with the help of a Pastor or somebody who is in spiritual authority over you. The spirit of fear, the spirit of infirmity and the spirit of death needs to be cast out. 7. There are some organs and body tissue that are irreversibly damaged by cancer. This damaged tissue and the genetic defects causing cancer need to be ministered to by operating in the gift of miracles. You need to speak a creative miracle into being where in Jesus’ Name you need to command that body tissue and the genes to be made whole and perfect just as God created it from the foundation of the world. “You Can’t Always Do It Alone”. 8. This is because a limited life span is associated with the diagnosis of cancer and you need to understand why your time on earth is not yet up and even if it is, God does not need a disease to get you to heaven. Elections May 8, 2019 General elections will be held in South Africa on 8 May 2019 to elect a new National Assembly and provincial legislatures in each province. They will be the sixth elections held since the end of apartheid in 1994 and will determine who will become the next President of South Africa. As in every election we’re now being bombarded with propaganda about how “your vote makes a difference” and associated nonsense. According to the official version ordinary citizens control the state by voting for candidates in elections. The President and other politicians are supposedly servants of “the people” and the government an instrument of the general populace. This version is a myth. It does not matter who is elected because the way the system is set up all elected representatives must do what big business and the state bureaucracy want, not what “the people” want. Elected representatives are figureheads. Politicians’ rhetoric may change depending on who is elected, but they all have to implement the same policies given the same situation. Elections are a scam whose function is to create the illusion that “the people” control the government, not the elite, and to neutralize resistance movements. All voting does is strengthen the state & ruling class, it is not an effective means to change government policy. If a party wins the elections but implements policies that go against the interests of big business then profits will go down and businesses & investors will withdraw their investments. This capital flight will cause the economy to crash. If the ruling party does not change its policies to appease big business then they'll lose the next elections due to the

The provinces with the highest number of registered voters are Gauteng, KwaZuluNatal and the Eastern Cape. In terms of age, the biggest category of voters are those aged 30 – 39 years old (6 685 472) which represents 24.99% of the roll. The IEC has confirmed that a total of 48 political parties will be running for the elections.

30 APRIL 2019 produced voluntarily. If the relaxation is only momentary, the correction is momentary. When it becomes permanent, the correction is permanent. That is why RELAXING your eyes and addressing the stressors that contribute to the stress are keys to helping you recover your vision. In addition to optimizing blood flow by relaxing and controlling your thoughts, you can also directly improve the nutrients your central nervous system and eye receive by focusing on high quality nutrition. Here are the dietary guidelines I follow to support eyesight: Eat plenty of foods containing lutein, spinach, broccoli, zucchini, and peas. Increase your intake of omega-3s, krill oil is a great choice. Eat nutritious raw egg yolks they contain zeaxanthin and lutein. Consume plenty of raw vegetables and fruits particularly dark berries. Avoid processed foods, especially those containing trans fats. When your eye possesses central fixation it not only possesses perfect sight, but it is perfectly at rest and can be used indefinitely without fatigue. It is open and quiet; no nervous movements are seen. In other words, there are no muscular insufficiencies. The muscles of your face and of your whole body are also at rest, and when the condition is habitual there are no wrinkles or dark circles around your eyes. All the methods used in the improvement of poor vision are simply different ways of obtaining relaxation, and the fundamental principle is as follows: Do you read imperfectly? Can you observe then that when you look at the first word, or the first letter, of a sentence you do not see best where you are looking; that you see other words, or other letters, just as well as or better than the one you are looking at? Do you observe also that the harder you try to see the worse you see? Now close your eyes and rest them, remembering some color, like black or white that you can remember perfectly. Keep them closed until they feel rested, or until the feeling of strain has been completely relieved. Continue this alternate resting of the eyes and flashing of the letters for a time, and you may soon find that you can keep your eyes open longer than a fraction of a second without losing the improved vision. Remember that relaxation, NOT exercising your eye muscles, is the answer to recovering your vision. It is also important to understand that sleep is not relaxation. Simply blinking rapidly a few times will help you see more clearly and is a long term solution that will improve your vision, unlike squinting which will actually worsen your vision over time. I myself noticed that I would change the size of Word documents from 100% to 150% which clearly made it easier to read but at the same time leads to a progressive worsening of your vision. So if you want to improve your vision, read in the smallest font possible on your screen. Another powerful, simple, and inexpensive strategy is to ditch your sunglasses. Most people don't understand that there are more than 1500 wavelengths of light that you need to nourish your eyes. When you deprive your eyes of these wavelengths they will become progressively more malnourished and worsen your eyesight. There are some conditions where sunglasses make sense, but they are under extreme and short-term circumstances, such as skiing down a mountain or boating on a bright sunny day, where the snow or water greatly magnifies the sunlight to unusual and potentially harmful circumstances. But otherwise, wear a cap and keep the sun out of your eyes that way, as the hat will not block any of the sunshine from nourishing your eye.

Vodacom and MTN taking SA for a ride and our government allows it. The IFP would like to express its disappointment following the release of a preliminary report into high data costs in South Africa and found that service providers Vodacom and MTN have been found to have been overcharging South African customers. The commission also found that the prices they charge are higher in this country than the other countries they operate in. This comes as no shock to us as we have previously called for data prices to be reduced to levels on par with global standards. It is common knowledge that data prices in this country are ridiculous. The legions of social media users who were part of the data must fall campaign can attest to this. This sadly is yet another example of how our government has failed our people,

especially the young people that continue to be excluded from employment opportunities in an already poverty-stricken South Africa. One would assume that given the rate of unemployment in this country – particularly youth unemployment that a government that claims to be for the people would deem it of paramount importance to have data easily accessible to the indigent in order to access and dispense information, whether it be academic, social or economic. These companies continue to enjoy this monopoly due to the toothless regulation of this sector in the main because the buck stops with the government not allowing this to take place according to national spokesperson.

About Suikerbosrand hiking trail

Suikerbosrand Nature Reserve, near Heidelberg major feature is access to the Suikerbosrand Mountain Range, making the hiking terrain fairly hilly and challenging. A fair size nature reserve named after the sugar bush or Protea Caffra. It lies within an hour's drive of the city and its major feature is the Suikerbos Mountain Range that serves as the backdrop to a network of backpacking hiking trails and a 60 kilometre tourist route you can do by car. Situated close to Johannesburg, one of South Africa's most densely populated areas, the Suikerbosrand Nature Reserve plays an important role in outdoor recreation, environmental education and resource management. Did you know? Over 200 South African birds can be observed here. Covering approximately 13,337 ha of kloofs, ridges and plains, the Suikerbosrand reserve supports a large

variety of plant and animal species. Vegetation types range from open grassland on hillsides and plains to wooded gorges and acacia woodland, marshland and fynbos (heath). The reserve was named after the sugarbush (suikerbos), which is spread throughout the reserve. The fast disappearing bankenveld grassland also occurs here, making this one of the Highveld's most valuable reserves. Mammal species include mountain reedbuck, common duiker and steenbok, grey duiker, baboon, oribi, eland, blesbok, springbok, red hartebeest, black wildebeest, kudu and zebra. Predators roaming this vast sanctuary are cheetah, brown hyena and other smaller species. A network of hiking trails, covering approximately 66km in total, allows visitors to get a closer look at the diversity of plant and animal life. The trails vary in length from 1 to 6 days, day walks of 10 or 17 km long and a 4,5 km trail.

For the less energetic there is a 60km game-viewing route. Visitors should stop by the information centre at Diepkloof in the northern section of the reserve. Here they can relax at various picnic spots or attend one of the slide or film shows. Get an early start if you're planning on a summer hike at Suikerbosrand as it can get pretty warm during the day. Two day trails, the Cheetah interpretive trail, which is just over 4 km and great for beginners, or the Bokmakiere trail, with two options of either 10 km or 17 km, are available for those hikers with less time on their hands. Remember to take enough water with you on any of the hikes. Water is scarce in the reserve and needs to be used sparingly when you overnight at any of the huts. Overnight hikers have six overnight huts to choose from, or use. The idea is to design your own route from the trails available. Be aware that to reach an initial

overnight hike is a minimum of 5 km from the office, so factor this into a Friday evening start.Nature Reserve, near Heidelberg. Our tip: if you're doing the overnight hike, make sure you get your permits in advance from the nature reserve; day hikers can get their permits from the information centre. Despite being so close to both Pretoria and Johannesburg, you can design up to six consecutive days worth of hiking, if you criss cross the reserve, using all its overnight huts. And the sounds of wild game eland, zebra, black wildebeest, red hartebeest and brown hyena were reintroduced in the reserve at night, easily allow one to feel transported into another province deep in the bushveld. All of the huts have beds, mattresses, hot showers and chemical loos. All of them are in secluded areas. Bring along a portable gas stove and pots.

Groot valy Prime birding W et lands R eser ve paradise nearby A large floodplain, the Marievale Bird Sanctuary, lies north east of Suikerbosrand Nature Reserve just outside the town of Nigel, about 45 minutes from Johannesburg in Gauteng. Did you know? Entrance to the Marievale Bird Sanctuary is free and the best time to visit is in spring and early summer, when the migrants arrive. Marievale forms the southern half of Blesbokspruit RAMSAR site (an international treaty for the conservation and sustainable use of wetlands), and is one of several very important bird areas in South Africa. Marievale is also a bona fide sanctuary of about 10 square kilometres that attracts and supports up to 65 different waterbird species and over 3500 birds, especially during the summer months when migratory birds join the already large numbers of goliath heron, great white heron, black egret, fulvous duck and South African shelduck. One can also spot the reed cormorant, yellowbilled

duck, African spoonbill and Ethiopian snipe, to name but a few examples. For obvious reasons the wetland and the surrounding highveld grasslands are a prime birding spot in the Gauteng province. Marievale Bird Sanctuary is made up of two lakes and a large wetland, known locally as a 'vlei'. Unfortunately the flow of the river and the floodplains have both been adversely affected by the surrounding gold mines that resulted in the development of embankments, roads, railways, pipe lines and power lines across the low-lying parts of the Blesbokspruit. As a result the beautiful palustrine wetland became little more than a series of 'dams'. Whilst this has devastated the original wetland, waterbirds use this as a prime space in which to feed and breed. Even if you are not a birder the wide spaces and general chatter of birds will always lift the spirit. There is a picnic site, toilets and large pool at which a bird hide allows some prime viewing.

Part of the only Ramsar site (wetland of international importance) in Gauteng, Grootvaly Wetland Reserve lies off Welgedacht Road, just 4 km outside the Highveld town of Nigel. It is 350 hectares of high altitude wetland that extends along the Blesbokspruit, a small river that is a tributary of the greater Vaal River. Did you know? The Wetland Reserve spans 22 km between the R555 and the R22. It is 7 km wide and 1 000 hectares. Grootvaly isn't the only wetland on the river. While it lies to the north of Blesbokspruit, Marievale Bird Sanctuary is at its southern end. Collectively the two form the Blesbokspruit Wetland Reserve. Interestingly, Blesbokspruit continues flowing until it reaches Suikerbosrand, and then the Vaal River. Grootvaly is wonderful for birds. The combination of open water, reed beds and marshy ground edged with grasses, and sedges that are sometimes in flood, attract a fantastic group of water birds and waders. Various duck species, Hottentot teal and Cape shoveler are consistent visitors, whilst in winter capped wheatears and sentinel rock thrushes are sometimes

sighted. The grasses are awash with bishops and widows, finches and waxbills. Collectively the two wetlands atract well over 265 species of bird. The two bird hides at Grootvaly are the wheelchair-friendly Sappi Hide, overlooking open spaces on the Blesbokspruit, which gives a bird's eye view of swallows and waterbirds, and a recently built raised hide over the vlei. The self-drive gravel road to the picnic area is well worth driving as it is hemmed in by pans, giving you access to birds from all sides. Amazing to think that Grootvaly and Marievale were the byproducts of mining in the area. Most of the water that now fills the pans and vleis comes from industry downstream. Some of the wetland belongs to AngloGold, whilst a handful of properties inbetween the two wetlands is in the hands of individuals and companies – a difficult status to manage from a conservation perspective. In particular there is a constant battle against reed infestation. And the water flowing into the spruit is high in nutrients that act as a fertiliser, making this battle all the more difficult. At least mine water is no longer pumped into the wetland.
