PLUMBERS LOCAL 130 UA PARKING GARAGE

The Plumbers Local 130 UA Parking Garage project consists of a 272,000 square foot, seven-story parking structure that will house 502 parking stalls and ground floor retail along Randolph Street. The structure will be cast in place concrete with precast concrete and metal panels on the exterior. The project will break ground in late May of 2021, with a completion date of April 2022.
