This refreshing smoothie, dubbed by me as the “glowing skin smoothie,” is a simple, quick way to refresh and reset your gut and mind early in the morning. As someone who struggles to find a good smoothie recipe that is filling and doesn’t upset my stomach, having smoothies packed full of vitamins and healthy nutrients is a must. This is an easy, earthy smoothie that can be left as is or sweetened through adding syrup or honey. This recipe can also be adjusted based on the size and holding capacity of your blender. Peel the fruits and add all ingredients to a blender. Pulse until smooth, adding more or less water depending on desired consistency.
Pour into a glass of your choice and enjoy! b
