ABOUT US We are a family company with an established position both on the domestic market and in the European Union countries or the United States of America. The beginnings of the ZOBAL company date back to 1995. We supply our customers with aluminum furniture accessories, such as elements of the wall system, aluminum roller blinds - Box Milano, handles for furniture in various shapes and colors (anodized or powder-coated), plinths, a handleless system and the IQUBE shelving system. At our work we primarily focus on high quality products and innovative solutions the aim of which is to build customer trust and satisfaction. A significant area of our activity, constantly improved since 2013, is the surface treatment of aluminium, for example, anodizing in a natural finish and making 9 colors, as well as giving structure by brushing. The new branch of ZOBAL's activity is precise CNC mechanical processing of elements made of aluminum and other metals. Modern production and laboratory facilities as well as qualified staff of specialists make ZOBAL offer the highest quality of services.

Important information / Wichtige Informationen The Wall System is a fine connection of aluminium profiles with the furniture board. It is obviously simple and elegant. We believe that it will become a valuable tool for interior designers and for planning habitats such as kitchens, anterooms, bedrooms, studies as well as public rooms such as hotels, shops and offices. The advantages of the wall system are an easy assembly, a large choice of suspension elements and functionality. The Wall System is available in the form of profiles anodized in a natural colour (C-0), in a standard length of 3,5 m / 137,8". It is possible to cut profiles in lengths according to a client’s request (at extra charge). As for glass shelves – we offer polished and toughened glass in the following standard sizes. Wall System ist ein elegantes Modulsystem von Aluminiumprofilen in Verbindung mit Rückwandplatten. Bereits auf den ersten Blick besticht es durch seine Einfachheit und Eleganz. Es ist ein ausgezeichnetes Programm für die vielfältige Gestaltung von: Küchen, Dielen, Schlaf- und Wohnräumen, Arbeitszimmern sowie im Hotel, Ladenbau oder Bürobereich und überzeugt durch einfache Montage und eine große Bandbreite von Zubehör und Accessoires. Partition system allows for the simple arrangement of interior spaces. Its practical and aesthitic qualities allow it to be used in offices, shops, hotels, public or commercial spaces. The system allows for the easy combination of 18 mm / 0,79" laminated chipboards and 4 mm / 0,16" glass panels. Each wall or the whole system can be easily dismantled and reassembled in a different location. The panel infil is easily changed as is the angle of the partition, due to the use of a corrugated round pillar. Screens are used to partition an individual workspace and the fitting profiles allow for vertical screens. Construction profiles of Partition System and screens allow for using all the accessories of the Wall System (except for art. no 032 043 05). All the construction profiles are available in 3,5 m / 137,80" and also cut to the customized length prepared for self-assembly. Mit dem Partition System können auf einfache Art und Weise Innenräume gestaltet werden. Die praktischen und ästhetischen Qualitätsmerkmale ermöglichen einen Einsatz in den Bereichen: Büro, Laden- und Objekteinrichtung, Hotel sowie in öffentlichen und privaten Räumen. Das System ermöglicht eine einfache Kombination von Platten (bis 18 mm / / 0,79") und Glas (bis 4 mm / 0,16"). Jedes einzelne Bauteil kann einfach aufgebaut und für den Aufbau an einem anderen Ort wieder demontiert werden. Das Paneel kann einfach geändert werden, bedingt durch den Winkel, welcher für das geriffelte Säulenrohr benötigt wird. Bildschirme können zur Aufteilung individueller Arbeitsräume genutzt werden. Die Anbringung von senkrechten Bildschirmen ist durch hierfür geeignete Profile möglich. Die Konstruktionsprofile des Partition-Systems und Bildschirmbefestigungen ermöglichen den Einsatz sämtlicher Accessoires des Wall-Systems (außer Art.-Nr. 032 043 05). Die Konstuktionsprofile sind in 3,5 m / 137,80" erhältlich, können aber auch nach Kundenvorgabe auf Maß geschnitten, geliefert werden.

ZOBAL company has introduced a new and unique product - IQubeMesh. It is IQube 16 and IQube 22 light shelving systems enriched with a frame ﬁlled with expanded metal mesh. Frames with mesh serve as walls of cabinets, partitions and shelves. The permissible, evenly spread load on the mesh shelves is 3 kg / 6,61 lbs. As a standard, the shelving system has shelves of 4 mm / 0,16" tempered glass or 10 mm / 0,39" and 16 mm / 0,63" thick furniture boards, with a maximum load capacity of 20 kg / 44,09 lbs. IQube 16 and IQube 22 are subtle and durable shelving systems with multiple usage. Specially designed connectors offer many possibilities for making simple shelves as well as more complex constructions. Systems IQube 16 and IQube 22 can be designed as based on height adjusted feet or furniture glide standing constructions (A), fixed on wall with nail expansion anchor (B) or fixed on ZOBAL Wall System (C) with brackets (catalogue no 032 126). Shelves are made of 4 mm / 0,16" tempered glass and 10 mm / 0,39" board (IQube 16) or 16 mm / 0,63" board (IQube 22). It is also possible to use boards vertically. Anodizing available surfaces: silver natural anode (C-0), stainless steel look (C-30S), black anode (C-35) and powder-coated in a few RAL colors. The maximum dimensions of one IQube 16 module (cuboid) are: 400/1200/400 [mm] 15,75"/31,50"/15,75" [in] (height / width / depth). The load capacity of one glass shelf with an even load is 20 kg / 44,09 lb. The maximum dimensions of one IQube 22 module (cuboid) are: 600/1500/600 [mm] 23,62"/59,05"/23,62" [in] (height / width / depth). The load capacity of one glass shelf with an even load is 20 kg / 44,09 lbs. However, the load capacity of 10 mm / 0,39" thick board shelf is 25 kg / 55,12 lbs. Our oﬀer includes several basic types of fronts manufactured from various aluminium shapes. Applying sashes and several types of glass as well as handles manufactured by ZOBAL, enriches our oﬀers with plenty of solutions, since we apply sashes and several type.

Unser Programm umfasst 16 verschledene Grundtypen von Aluminiumprofilen. Durch die Verwendung von Sprossen und einem Dutzend verschiedener möglicher Glasarten sowie der von uns speziell hierfür angebotenen Grifflösungen können wir Ihnen aber weit mehr Varianten anbieten. Wir bieten Ihnen 3 verschiedene Liefermöglichkeiten an: • Vollservice (d.h. der Rahmen wird von uns komplett, montagefertig incl. Glas geliefert) • Der Rahmen wird so weit vorgefertigt, dass die Endmontage beim Kunden erfolgen kann • Lieferung der fertigen Profile zur Herstellung der Rahmen beim Kunden

We suggest the following application of fronts: - hinged doors (laid-on doors, twin-doors, let-in doors), - drawer doors, - flaps, - sliding doors. We provide three standard services: - full service (you receive an assembled frame together with a filling, ready for fixing to the cabinet) - fitted for individual assembly, - sale of shapes profiles ready for individual production of fronts with the use of specialized machinery. Depending on a front application, we offer adequate furniture fittings that we supply together with a frame ready for individual assembling in a piece of furniture. We can also prepare a profile for the assembly of guides, hinges or lifting mechanism produced by Blum, Hettich, FGV (or other manufacturers – after our technical consultation). We have our own furniture inside and outside sliding system for sliding doors of the maximum weight of up to 20 kg / 44 Ib and the maximum height of up to 1,5 m / 59,06". Below necessary information for frame designing: 1. all shapes are equipped with a gasket that is adapted for a filling 4 mm / 0,16" thick. 2. the minimum distance from the frame edge to the midpoint of the hinge is 75 mm / 2,95". 3. the minimum front height is 250 mm / 9,84" for drawers is 130 mm / 5,12". 4. narrow frames (Z-1, Z-5, Z-8, Z-10, Z-15 and Z-16) cannot be used for laid-on drawer fronts. 5. the application of sash: - it strengthens the construction of frames, - it allows to use several fillings for one frame, - decorative purposes. 6. We suggest the following glass types available in our offer: mastercare (squares), masterligne (lines), transparent glass, optiwhite, matelux, matt glass (sand-blasted), masterpoint, flutes matt, brown glass (smoky), mirror and lacomat. MESH furniture fronts / MESH Möbelfronten In our offer includes 6 furniture fronts: Z-1, Z-8, Z-12, Z-15, Z-23 and Z-24, which can be filled with black expanded steel mesh. The mesh is covered with a layer of anti-corrosion coating, thanks to which we gain the possibility of using fronts with this filling in any interior. The guarantee of anti-corrosion properties of the mesh is confirmed by a certificate. For MESH furniture fronts in black, we provide fittings and handles in the same color. In den Programm können 6 Rahmen, Z-1, Z-8, Z-12, Z-15, Z-23 und Z-24, mit schwarzen Gittern bestückt werden. Das Gitter hat eine Anti Korros sionsbeschichtung und kann somit in allen Umgebungen eingesetzt werden. Dieses wird durch ein Garantie-Zertifikat bestätigt. The underside of the handles is an unexposed surface, on which defects in the form of: discoloration, scratches, etc. are acceptable. Handless System has been designed for those who appreciate a modern line and mobility of furniture. The system can be used not only in kitchen arrangements but also in any interior space, for example, office furniture. The innovative solution “click” for connecting the construction profiles and clips is a great advantage of handless system. The “click” connection simplifies the construction of the cabinet and allows the system to be assembled without using additional steel elements. Handless system is based on two construction profiles “C” and “L”. Specially designed “clips” allow the construction profiles to be easily applied both horizontally and vertically in the cabinet. The shape of PCV elements makes possible the variety of kitchen arrangements, for example, island. The PCV elements are available in RAL 9007, the color fits the surface of aluminum profiles C-0 and brushed C-30S. We believe that Handless System will become a valuable tool for interior designers and furniture producers. Handless System is available in the surface of C-0 and C-30S. Construction profiles are in the standard length of 137, 80" / 3,5 m. Das Grifflos System ist eine Produktlinie für modernes Möbeldesign. Dieses System kann nicht nur im Küchenbereich, sondern auch, z.B. im Wohn- oder Bürobereich eingesetzt werden. Die innovative “Click”-Verbindung, um die Profile mit den Befestigungsclipsen zu verbinden, ist einer der großen Vorteile des Grifflosem Systems. Die “Click” - Verbindung erleichtert die Konstruktion des Möbels und ermöglicht eine einfache, schnelle Montage ohne zusätzliche Komponenten. Das Grifflos System basiert auf zwei verschieden Konstruktionsprofilen in “C” und “L” Form. Besonders konstruierte Befestigungsclipse ermöglichen eine einfache Montage horizontal, sowie vertikal. Zum System gehören Kunststoff-Endkappen, sowie Innen- und Außenecken - hierdurch wird, z.B. der Einsatz bei Ecklösungen oder Inseln ermöglicht. Die Kunststoffteile werden in RAL 9007 geliefert. Die Profile sind in den Oberflächenfarbe C-0 (Alumatt) und C-30S (Edelstahl, gebürstet). Wir glauben, daß das Griffloses System ein wichtiges, interessantes System für Designer und die Möbelindustrie, ist. Das Grifflos System ist in den Oberflächen C-0 und C-30S erhältlich. Die Konstruktionsprofile haben eine Standartlänge von 3,5 m .

Currently we would like to introduce you to the product – sliding door systems for furniture: a) external system to be fitted into the grooveof the frontal part of the furniture body b) internal two types: • system to be attached with the existing body (there is no need to disassemble the furniture) • system to be fitted into the groove of the upper and lower part of the body Both systems are aesthetic and easy to assemble. Frame Z-5 is the only exception and it is not used in internal screw system. They perfectly fit into manufactured by our company aluminium doors. The maximal weight of the fronts to be used with the systems is 44 Ib / 20 kg (two trolleys must be applied), and the maximum height up to 59,06" / 1500 mm.

Nachfolgend möchten wir Ihnen unser Schiebetür-system: a) Außenliegendes System - wird vorn in den Korpus einge-lassen. b) Innenliegendes System - im Inneren des Korpus. Kann in 2 verschiedenen Variantengeliefert werden: • Zum Einnuten • Zum Aufschrauben Beide Systeme sind einfach zu montieren und sehen ansprechend aus. Der Rahmen Z-5 ist die einzige Ausnahme und kann nicht innenliegend verwendet werden. Es ist ideal abgestimmt auf unser Aluminiumrahmensystem. Maximales Gewicht bei beiden Systemen ist 20 kg pro Korpus sowie einer Höhe von bis zu 1500 mm.

TYPES OF FURNITURE BASES / VARIANTEN DER MÖBELUNTERGESTELLE Apart from furniture legs, our offer also includes furniture bases. They are made of aluminium tubes connected to one another by stretching connections and they constitute a solid foundation for the modern furniture. The furniture bases are available in the form of preliminarily cut and drilled profiles or as long profiles for individual treatment. The system that we offer can also be applied for different constructions such as walls, shelving, table bases, etc. The advantage of this system is a very easy assembly. Each tube may be ended by a plug or a height adjustment. Our offer includes tubes in two dimensions: 30×30 mm / 1,18"×1,18" and 45×45 mm / 1,77"×1,77" (a standard length: 3,5 m / 137,80").

Eine Abrundung unseres Fußsortimentes stellen die Möbeluntergestelle d a r. D i e s e b e s t e h e n a u s A l u m i n i u m r o h r e n , w e l c h e d u r c h Spreizverbindungen miteinander verbunden werdensie stellen eine stabile Basis für moderne Möbel dar. Die Untergestelle sind in zwei Versionen erhältlich: 1. Montagefertig; d.h. zugeschnitten und gebohrt 2. Stangenware zur Selbstverarbeitung Des Weiteren können mit diesem System individuelle Konstruktionen wie Regale, Tischuntergestelle, Wände etc. gefertigt werden. Instructions concerning frame constructions: The system can be used for low, static frames and light, spacious constructions in shelving systems. Furniture bases have a maximum height of 9,84" / 250 mm. The accept-able static load of shelving system is 110 Ib / 50 kg, on condition that the shelves of the shelving system do not exceed 39,37" / 1000 mm in length. If the operation of dynamic forces is expected we propose to strengthen a frame with additional elements (i.e. additional rim). Informationen zu den Rahmenkonstruktionen: Dieses System kann verwendet werden für niedrige, feste Rahmen und leichte, größere Konstruktionen von Abla-geböden. Die Möbel-untergestelle haben eine maximale Höhe von 250 mm. Die max. Gewichtsbelastung beträgt 50 kg , unter der Bedingung, dass die ein-zelnen Elemente nicht breiter als 1000 mm sind. Im Fall der Wirkung von dynamischen Kräften schlagen wir eine Verstärkung mittels zusätzlicher Elemente vor (z.B. ein zusätzlicher ranz).

ANODIZING PLANT The modern anodizing plant, built in 2008, is a place that enables surface treatment of complex details and profiles up to 165,35" / 4.2 m long. We offer decorative surface finishes, such as satin and brushing, as well as technical finish with tight dimensional tolerances. We have a wide range of high-class tools necessary for anodizing all kinds of small aluminum elements. Our anodizing plant is an innovative facility and its greatest advantages are experienced staff, a professionally equipped analytical laboratory and an advanced program controling the anodizing process. The functioning of the plant is based on the principles of ecology. Therefore, we use waste heat and apply an individually developed plan that reduces the consumption of sulfuric acid by as much as 70%.

ELOXALWERK Das moderne Eloxalwerk ist 2008 in Betrieb genommen worden. Es ermöglicht die Oberflächenbearbeitung komplizierter Details und langer Profile bis zu 4,2 m Länge. Wir bieten dekorative Oberflächen, sowie Bürstungen und arbeiten mit möglichst hoher Präzission, mit möglichst kleinen Toleranzen. Wir haben eine große Auswahl an notwendigen, hochwertigen Werkzeugen um mannigfaltige kleine Aluminiumteile zu eloxieren. Im Eloxalwerk stehen Ihnen ein erfahrenenes Team, mit professioneller Ausstattung und ein bewährtes Überwachungssystem , für die Fertigungsabläufe zur Verfügung. Der Betrtrieb dieser Anlage basiert auf ökologischen Grundlagen, zum Beispiel wird die entstandene Wärme genutzt und wir haben einen Plan , um den Schwefelsäure Verbrauch um 70% zu reduzieren.

THE CNC MECHANICAL PROCESSING PLANT The CNC mechanical processing plant is located in the close vicinity of our anodizing plant. The proximity of both plants and thier common storage facilities allow for time-saving production. Our highly qualified staff offers complex services from design support, including individually created prototypes, to logistics. Our plant is equipped with advanced machinery of well-known brands such as MAZAK or EMMEGI, which achieve the highest accuracy and efficiency. As a result we control the quality at each stage of production. We also provide our customers with comprehensive after-sales service.

CNC BEARBEITUNGSWERK Das CNC Werk befindet sich in direkter Nähe zum Eloxalwerk Die Kombination der beiden Werke und zusätzlicher Lagermöglichkeiten ermöglichen uns kurze Fertigungszeiten. Hoch qualifiziertes Personal ermöglicht es, komplexen Service zur Unterstützung bei Neuprojekten, einschließlich individiell konstruierter Prototypen, bis hin zur Logistik, anzubieten. Der Maschinenpark umfaßt hochwertige Maschinen, u.a. von bekannten Firmen wie MAZAK und EMMEGI. Diese ermöglichen präszise, effiziente Produktbearbeitung.
