DIFFERENCE BETWEEN VINYL STICKERS AND DECALS

Decal : Design made on specific paper for transfer onto another surface such as glass, porcelain, or metal.

• All decals are stickers (but not all stickers are decal). • A decal is primarily a beautiful sticker, usually used outdoors. • They are a design that can be carried from one surface to different. • A decals consist three layers: paper on the rear, the decal itself, and paper on the front. • Normally made by practicing an eco solvent printing process.

Sticker : An adhesive label or sign, usually printed or illustrated.

 A sticker can be a kind of label, but not all labels are stickers.  Stickers are either printed, made from cut vinyl.  If you want something that is going to last outside, prefer a sticker that is made from vinyl or polyester material.

 A great, long-lasting sticker should last 8 years or beyond.
