• Yaya is a bright and independent girl who enjoys movie nights in with lots of snacks and scares.

• She loves sports, basketball and volleyball being two of her favorites. Yaya hopes someday in the future she can play volleyball again and join a team

• Yaya loves to eat and cook food, especially Dominican dishes, which allow her to connect to her roots and heritage.

• Yaya loves animals of all kinds and would love her future home to be filled with plenty of wet noses and warm cuddles.

• Maintains a special connection with her younger sister, and wants her pre-adoptive family to be a team player in regards to maintaining contact.

• Yaya is open to all families that are understanding, nurturing, and respectful of her boundaries.
