Book Club For Book Club For Adoptive Mothers Adoptive Mothers

Join The Bair Foundation for a monthly virtual support group focusing on the book, The Connected Child by Karen Purvis. This support group will provide you and your family with information on ways to bring hope and healing to your adoptive family.

Support groups are offered four times per year:

July 1, 2023 - September 30, 2023

October 1, 2023 - December 31, 2023

January 1, 2024 - March 31, 2024

April 1, 2024 - June 30 , 2024

Our support groups are available to all foster, kinship and adoptive families! A SWAN Support Gorup referral is not necessary to participate.

No Such Thing As A Bad Kid Book Study

During this monthly virtual support group you can explore the book "No Such Thing as a Bad Kid" by Charles Appelstein. This book will strengthen your ability to "understand and respond to kids with emotional and behavioral challenges using a positive, strength-based approach." Use this opportunity to network with adoptive parents that are walking the same journey as your family.
