ARTICLE I NAME

(REQUIRED VERBATIM ADOPTION BY MEMBER ASSOCIATIONS) Section 1. Name. The name of this organization shall be the BAKERSFIELD ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, Incorporated, hereinafter referred to as the “BAofR”. ARTICLE II

OBJECTIVES Section 1. Objectives. The objectives of the BAofR are: (a) To unite those engaged in

the recognized branches of the real estate profession for the purpose of exerting a beneficial influence upon the profession and related interests.
