Design briefs and programmes are the foundation of every project, and without them, it is extremely difficult for the project to exist. They serve as an important communication tool, allowing the client or clients to define the intended outcomes of the end result (the building) to the architect or designer, assisting them in understanding exactly what is expected of them to satisfy their objectives.
There is no clear direction and, more significantly, no documentation of the project’s components without a design brief.
01 “To create, one must first question everything.”.

B.HOTEL The study discusses the boutique hotel phenomenon, including definitions and overall trends, as well as circumstances in Singapore, where commercial activity has increased in recent years. Although unique, the circumstances in Singapore provide insights into the attributes of boutique hotels in general and their development in the South East Asian region. Heritage is considered as making a significant contribution to the city state’s boutique hotels, many of which are the product of adaptive reuse of historic structures, although it is increasingly being merged with modern architecture in efforts to foster a fashionable heritage ambiance.

Site Context
The “spatial” movement can be seen throughout the hotel business, but because boutique hotels have more freedom and flexibility to implement on-site modifications than large chains, we’re seeing some great advancements on the boutique side. Minimalism is something that should be personal and unique to the person living it. There is no single set of rules or standards that you must follow and meet to be a minimalist.

Location: sriperumbudur-Kanchipuram -0.344Acre
Site Context
To accept the children whose parents are the residents in resettlement residential area. Because of its near the main road with heavy traffic and be surrounded by extensive resettlement residential area, the environment around the school is relatively messy. Besides, narrow construction land results in very limited space for the main building, especially after arranging the required outdoor space. So how to design a school with function and space conforming to children’s characteristics in this narrow space may be a core issues that an architect should consider.
