Hey there friend! We are Natalia and Yulia, 2 sisters passionate about beautiful stationery that brings you joy and inspires you to live a more balanced, happier life. Our mission is to empower girls and women around the world through inspirational products, education and charity projects. You are holding Balance Planner, a tool that truly changed our lives. We put a lot of hard work, testing and lots of love in developing this planner and we hope you will get the most of it! USER MANUAL

Balance Planner is built upon the idea that in order to be truly happy and content, you need a balance between all areas of your life. Quite often we work so much we forget to spend time with our family or focus on social life and don’t take care of our body. By planning our time ahead we can keep a better balance and feel peaceful and happy. 6 key Balance Areas are: 1. work/study - That’s where you usually spend most of our time. All activities connected with business, work, study and personal finance. 2. self growth - Everything that nourishes your mind and brain. Self education, courses, lectures, podcasts, books, movies, etc. 3. body / health - Healthy mind, healthy body. Exercise, healthy eating habits, self care, beauty and whatever you do to look and feel good. 4. relationships - Focus on your closer circle - family and partners / boyfriends / girlfriends. 5. friends / leisure - Your social life, fun and hobbies. 6. spirituality -As you define it. It can be your religious practises as well as yoga, meditation or inner work. We will start with balance wheel on the right. While considering how to evaluate Balance Areas, ask yourself these questions: Am I happy in this area? Am I spending enough time on it? Am I growing in it? After valuating we’ll do some inner reflection and goal setting to understand what is truly important to you and what will your focus be for the next year. After setting yearly goals, refer to them while making monthly and weekly goals.

Rate 6 key areas of your life this month on a scale from 1-10 where 1 is very bad and 10 is excellent. Color the cirles according to your rating. The key is not to have 10 in every area but to have an even circle which represents balance. Of course, you should aim to have more than 5 in each area too. If you feel that some part of your life is suffering, think what you can do to improve it and with that in mind make your goals for the next month.


YEARLY VISION

Imagine yourself a year from now, writing in a journal. It’s been extraordinary 12 months, everything came together the best way possible. What was this year like? Describe it like it’s already passed and you are looking back on it. What was happening in your personal life? What did you achieved with your work or studies? You can write your “memories” month by month or by areas of your life.

Visualising your hopes and dreams on the vision board helps you to understand your goals better and attracts these things to your life. Cover next two pages with cut outs from magazines, photos or drawings that envision your dream life.



BETTER YOU

Now imagine the perfect you that has all these things you dream about, who had this most amazing year. Is he/she different from you? How does he/she look like? How he/she treats others? What are attitudes of this person? What he/she believes in? Is this person more confident or brave? Describe below the better version of yourself. What qualities you should work on in order to live the life of your dreams?

Sometimes we do a lot of things that we don’t enjoy but feel obliged to do because of our feelings of guilt or society norms. But saying “no” to things that make you unhappy, drain your energy and harm your health is necessary for self-care. Tip: Before you even get out of bed, give yourself a few minutes to smile and practice gratitude. Tony Robbins recommends to think of three things you are grateful for today, spending about a minute on each thing. Why: Gratitude allows us to celebrate the present. It magnifies positive emotions and blocks the negative emotions. When you are grateful, you can´t be angry or envious. Tip: Before you even get out of bed, give yourself a few minutes to smile and practice gratitude. Tony Robbins recommends to think of three things you are grateful for today, spending about a minute on each thing. They do not have to be big moments of gratitude, they can be as small as enjoying the cool air on your face. It will instantly make your day better and help you start your day off right.
