La Cucina proposta si ispira alle ricette della tradizione romagnola e del territorio, con piatti mai banali a base di pescato del giorno e, a far da contorno, verdure rigorosamente Bio. Il pane, la piadina e tutti i dolci sono preparati dallo staff della cucina, come la pasta fresca che in ogni casa romagnola non può mai mancare.

An intimate, sophisticated and relaxing restaurant that shows attention to the little details, Bagno Sauro Restaurant has been managed by the Gianfanti family for over 40 years. The restaurant offers cuisine inspired by traditional recipes from Romagna and the surrounding area. The dishes are never formulaic but based on the catch of the day with strictly organic vegetables for sides. Their bread, piadina (flatbread) and all their sweets are made by the kitchen staff, as is the fresh pasta, a must-have in every Romagna household.
