E very Step Tells A Story…

Join Ballet Arizona as we embark on a season of enchantment and beauty. The 2011-2012 season features dazzling princes and princesses, with looming villains waiting in the wings. Our season begins with Ib Andersen’s world premiere of Cinderella – a classic fairy tale, complete with tiara and glass slipper. For the holidays journey to the Kingdom of the Sweets to meet Clara, her prince, and the Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker. The love story of The Sleeping Beauty reminds us of the magic of a single kiss. In spring, Director’s Choice presents three ballets that exemplify the range of Ballet Arizona’s talents. All Balanchine, our 20112012 season finale, showcases the strength of Ballet Arizona and the timeless choreography of George Balanchine. As we celebrate our 25th Anniversary, we reflect on the passion and support of our donors, patrons and community. We are grateful for your involvement and invite you to be a part of Ballet Arizona and help us celebrate Happily Ever After!

“Mr. Andersen has made his company one of the most musically intelligent in the world… full of vitality and adult individuality” – The New York Times
