Yoga For Soccer Players Part - II mUvmethod is a progressive yoga based system designed to move U forward. Many of us have physical, mental and emotional resistance that gets in the way of growth and progression. Each one of our signature programs is designed to help you let go so that you can move forward. We incorporate various forms of meditation as a tool for mindfulness. This provides insight and allows us to move past limiting thought patterns and emotional reactions that get in our way. Our system addresses nervous system inhibition which is the number one limiting factor in flexibility and mobility.

When it comes to the body this is definitely the case. A healthy balanced body simply means equality between strength and flexibility and mobility and stability. This bundle, like every bundle, is designed to create that balance. You will engage, you will release. You will push, you will rest. And most importantly you will learn to pay attention to the idea of finding balance through opposition. As you learn to breathe and soften through challenging exercises you will literally rewire your nervous system and find the ease within the effort. Along the way you will create deep strength, enhance flexibility and develop a more focused, calm and clear state of mind. Length and Strength I will take your performance to a new level. In this 30 day bundle you will experience new ways to warm-up and enhance overall mobility. The 6 plus hours of content and 11 new sequences are designed to lengthen and strengthen specific parts of the body while completely conditioning it as a whole. Included are a variety of ways to get the body moving. From Sun Salutations to dynamic stretching and mobility you will create balance and enhance joint range of motion, strength, core temperature, nervous system activity and overall performance. Also included are sequences designed to release muscular tension and stress. This is an essential part to recovery, pain management and injury prevention. Add these sequences to your current conditioning programs or use them on their own as safe and effective ways to prepare the body to move, build heat, create eccentric length and strength, decrease pain and prevent injury.
