Yoga Meets Dance MUvmethod is a complete mind body movement system designed for dancers and athletes based on yoga, Pilates, fascial health, intuitive movement and concentration training. It is for anyone and everyone who performs repetitive movements and is especially beneficial for dancers, athletes and all who seeks to improve every aspect of their sport. Muvmethod helps dancers figure out, who they are and what they want Yoga benefits for athletes and Dance teacher training, Conditioning program, Workout for dancers, Dance conditioning. To get introduced to mUvmethod we recommend booking a mUvmethod Master Class. Master Classes are 90 minutes. Students will experience a 75 minute class followed by a Q and A around who we are and what we do. From here we can explore other program options, from weekly mUvmethod classes, online support and content to trainings and workshops. MUvmethod workshops are custom tailored to meet your studio or team’s specific training and conditioning needs. They range from 2 hours in a single day to 9-12 hours over multiple days. Workshops and Intensives provide a much deeper experience into mUvmethod programming, techniques, philosophies and resulting benefits. Deepen your practice, gain confidence, and receive guidance from a certified mUvmethod instructor to develop a practice tailored to your individual needs. Personal or semi-personal instruction is an invaluable tool for students of all levels and experience. Specialized and dedicated mUvmethod lessons are the best way to address your goals and work on areas of individual interest. You can work with the instructor of your choice or we can match an instructor to meet your expressed needs. Our mUvmethod Intensive Level 1 training is intended for those already working in the field of yoga, Pilates, dance, fitness and movement. You will dive into our philosophies, techniques and our functional approach to conditioning the body and mind. The training will cover yoga, mindfulness, concentration training, Pilates, yoga posture, dynamic mobility, fascial fitness, intuitive movement and much more. A 3 hour anatomy cadaver lab is included in the training with an advanced anatomy elective available.
