Alstonville is a charming town surrounded by macadamia and avocado farms, pretty countryside and a friendly community. Nestled in the hinterland, halfway between Ballina & Lismore it offers great cafes, a country pub in the heart of town and lovely gift shops. If visiting in late summer through to Autumn you will be treated to the Tibouchina blossoming their brilliant display of violet purple flowers.

Home to the Byron Bay Wildlife Sanctuary and Hospital, Knockrow is located on the picturesque drive along the Hinterland Way with views to the Pacific Ocean.

A small, historical, rural hamlet with a community hall that has plenty of events and a popular general store. Take a drive along the scenic hinterland roads and stop along the way at the various farmgate stalls offering seasonal produce.
