Adult & Child Primary Care Clinic 850-595-6500, option 2 Primary care services are available to Medicaid Managed-care adult and pediatric clients who are assigned to/have selected FDOH-Escambia as their provider. Call to schedule an appointment.

AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) 850-595-6767 ADAP assists uninsured and underinsured individuals living with HIV/AIDS in obtaining access to life-saving medications. Participants must meet eligibility requirements, have at least one prescription for a medication on the ADAP formulary, and have viral load and CD4 test results no more than six (6) months old.
