The Seville Spritz

This fresh summer cocktail is layered with both color and taste. Made with Empress Gin, this refreshing summer sipper brings tart herbal flavors into the spotlight.
Ingredients
1.5 ounces Empress Gin
0.5 ounces rose syrup
4 splashes simple sour mix
4-5 fresh mint leaves (set aside 1 sprig for garnish)
5 cucumber slices
Lemon wheel (for garnish)
2 large ice spheres of ice, large (made with round silicone ice mold)
Method
Muddle fresh cucumber slices and mint leaves and place into a cocktail shaker. Add .5 ounces of rose syrup and 3 to 4 splashes (.8 ounces) of sour mix and shake. Pour into glass over sphere-shaped ice cubes and top with 1.5 ounces of Empress Gin. Garnish with remaining mint sprig and a lemon wheel.
Method
Fill glass with ice. Add all ingredients and give the drink a light stir. Garnish with an orange slice.
