2022 Ravens Scholars

For the 13th year in a row, outstanding Baltimore-area high school seniors who displayed remarkable academic achievement, extra curricular participation and community service were selected as the 2022 Ravens Scholars. Six scholars were awarded a $5,000 renewable scholarship ($20,000 over four years) to support their college education. Funded by the Ravens Foundation, Inc., the scholarship program helps enable local youth to continue their education on the collegiate level. The team has a long-standing history of service to local communities, and this fund helps support those who exhibit the same commitment.

The following students received scholarships:

Nicholas “Nico” Del Pino, a graduate of Baltimore Polytechnic Institute HS, will attend Princeton University. Zen Gordon, a graduate of Baltimore Polytechnic Institute HS, will attend University of Maryland. Anu Jinadu, a graduate of Baltimore School for the Arts, will attend California Institute of the Arts. Morgan Mason, a graduate of Baltimore School for the Arts, will attend Spellman College. Mahendra Shahi, a graduate of Academy for College and Career Exploration, will attend Johns Hopkins University. Kalil Sykes, a graduate of PORT Virtual Learning Program at Digital Harbor HS, will attend the University of Rochester.

4/5 S Chuck Clark participated in the annual White House Easter Egg Roll. Clark joined the 30,000 people in attendance, helping kids run through obstacle courses and play football.
