– Defensive Coordinator Don Martindale on Jimmy Smith’s versatility It’s a nationally-televised Monday Night Football battle when the Baltimore Ravens (3-1) host the Indianapolis Colts (1-3) at M&T Bank Stadium tonight. Playing three of their first four contests on the road, the Ravens return home for their second home game, which follows a thrilling 36-35 primetime victory over Kansas City in Week 2. Riding a three-game winning streak, Baltimore sits atop the AFC North with Cincinnati and Cleveland (also both 3-1).

The Ravens, who own a 16-2 record in home primetime games under John Harbaugh, are appearing on Monday Night Football for the second time this season after falling in OT, 33-27, at Las Vegas in Week 1.

Though Baltimore has won four of the past five games against Indianapolis, the Colts lead the all-time regular season series, 8-5. Coach Harbaugh is 3-3 against Indy in the regular season and 1-1 in playoff contests. Baltimore has won two straight vs. the Colts, including a 24-10 victory at Indy in 2020. On Oct. 3, the Ravens prevailed, 23-7, at Denver behind a stout defensive effort and proficient passing attack.
