payment schedule
We are now accepting deposits for 2017 Suite Ownership opportunities. A signed letter of intent and a refundable deposit of ten-thousand dollars ($10,000) must be submitted to the Baltimore Ravens in order to be eligible for the Suite Owner Priority List.
The first year’s suite lease payment is due in full upon execution of the suite agreement.
suite lease terms The Ravens offer the option of either a five (5) or seven (7) year lease term:
Beginning with the second year of the suite agreement, all annual lease payments are due in full on or before February 1st. Invoices for the full lease amount for each of the remaining seasons will be mailed in December to the account holder of record.
5-Year Option - Contract increases at 4% annually 7-Year Option - Contract increases at 3% annually
