LIVE WITH PASSION

OPEN YOUR MIND

PAY IT FORWARD

Life begins at YES! Open yourself up to new adventures and opportunities! Embrace spontaneity and find the courage to try new things, take the road less travelled, and jump head-first into the unknown and the unforgettable experiences that lie ahead. Get the most out of life by embodying the true traveller’s spirit of curiosity and excitement. Get lost in new places, meet incredible people, and challenge yourself to gain different perspectives. With an open heart and mind, anything is possible!

MAKE PEOPLE HAPPY

Everyone needs a little love in their life! Endeavour to bring happiness and joy to others, in whatever way you can. Bring a smile to someone’s face, lend a listening ear, be patient, go beyond what is expected and always make time for a friend in need.

4

bambaexperience.com

We live for adventure and travel, and that passion flows into everything we do here at Bamba. If you always give your best effort and find joy in even the smallest things, you can stand proud when you look back on a life of passion, drive and excitement. We are all in this together and have an equal share in the responsibility to look after our beautiful planet and our communities. The smallest action can make a big wave, so always strive to make the world better for yourself and others.

THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX

Create and innovate! Seek ways to constantly better yourself, your environment, and your community, and never settle for less than the best. Don’t be afraid to speak your mind, take risks, and evaluate new options! To live outside the box is to be brave, bold, and brilliant.

SUSTAINABLE TOURISM

BAMBA

As citizens of the world, we all share the responsibility to protect our beautiful planet. Now, more than ever, we need to reduce our impact while learning from and educating others to do the same. Our strong commitment to support the communities we visit and their local economies is reflected in our products and partners.

ANIMAL WELFARE

Part of this great responsibility is standing up for animal welfare. That’s why we have vowed to end the cruelty of animals in tourism in partnerships with World Animal Protection, Too Rare To Wear and See The Wild. We have also banned any cruel activity from our tours, like elephant riding, shows using animals as entertainment, and direct interactions with wild animals.

SAFE & RELIABLE

TRANSPORTATION True travel is not just about the destination, it’s about the journey. That’s why we hand-pick our transport to be as comfy and interesting as possible! Check out our most common modes of transport… “The travel, particularly partners used in Vietnam and Cambodia is of an excellent standard - night buses have never been so comfortable!” - Jack B

BUS

SHUTTLE/VAN

FERRY

If you are travelling on a Hop-on Hop-off or Self-Guided itinerary, most of your transport will be by public bus. Travel as the locals do in comfortable coaches for day transfers and overnight rides.

Enjoy a more intimate type of transport with smaller shuttles/vans. For small group tours, you will often travel in a private van, whereas on independent trips you will share the van with other passengers.

For some itineraries, you may travel on ferries or boats, whether it is a shared service to your next destination, or the mode of transport of a tour, like cruising on jungle rivers or sailing to pristine islands.

4X4 JEEP For some off-the-beaten path adventures, an exciting ride in a 4x4 jeep will be included. Explore remote places like the otherworldly Uyuni landscapes or go on safaris in these all-terrain jeeps.

TRAIN

Travelling by train is a great way to get from A to B, see beautiful landscapes, and kick back and relax in comfort. Trains are the primary transport in our Japan and Siberia tours, among other destinations.

PLANE

For those with a more flexible budget, our self-guided Air-Expeditions can replace long bus journeys with more convenient flights. Get to out-of-the-way destinations in a blink! Note: Plane tickets from/to your home country are not included in any of our packages.

ACCOMMODATION

FOR EVERY OCCASION All Bamba adventures include hand-picked accommodations (except Hop-on Hop-off.) For some packages you can choose your own lodging based on what suits your budget and interests, while others already have great accommodations selected for you. Check out some of our classic options!

HOSTELS

One of the most affordable and popular options, hostels can be enjoyed by people of all ages! Choose from shared dorms or private rooms, and enjoy a young and energetic environment with lots of opportunities to meet other travellers! “The Milhouse hostel was one the best hostels I have stayed at :) Great atmosphere, lovely courtyard and a nice bar area.”

HOTELS

The most classic option for accommodation while travelling, hotels are a great option for a more comfortable stay. Prices can vary widely depending on where you are travelling, and hotels can range from 2 to 5 stars, so you can choose how luxurious you want your travel to be! “The three star hotels were clean and safe with an excellent quality of service.”

The cabins were clean and comfortable. The food was amazing.”

CAMPING

Camping is the cheapest option for overnight and also a great way to get in touch with nature while travelling in national parks or in the wilderness. Camp out in the Andes Mountains on your way to Machu Picchu, by the beach in Palawan, or in the wild on safaris. “I am not a great camper but it was one of the best things I have ever done.”
