PIK HOUSE

Status: First Year Academic Project

The PIK house is a single-storey house, designed to comfortably accommodate a family of four. The house comprises a foyer, main living room, kitchen, powder room, master bedroom, two children’s rooms, gym, and service area.

The design theme is maintained throughout the house to reflect the Client’s Japanese background and culture, achieved through the use of wood and various Zen-inspired design elements.

The use marble exuded a luxurious feel whilst accommodating the tropical climate of Jakarta. Along with the implementation of a crossventilation floorplan, a refreshing ambience was maintained throughout the house, considerably reducing the reliance on air conditioning and enabling an eco-friendly, sustainable household energy-saving house.

The self checkout display involves a user-friendly interface where shoppers can scan the barcodes of their selected items using a the built-in scanner. Various payment methods, such as credit/debit cards or mobile payment apps is available, allowing customers to complete their purchases without the need for cashier assistance.

e-beauty is an interactive user-friendly display that lets shoppers browse different categories of products, from skincare to makeup and Sephora X uses AR tech, allowing you to display various products onto your live image, to see how they look on your skin tone and type in real time.

This compact studio is situated in the center of busy Jakarta. The sleek Scandinavian design, characterized by crisp lines, light-colored wood, and muted tones, delivers an open, airy, uncluttered ambiance.

The studio’s open-plan layout maximizes the efficient utilization of all available square footage, combined with functional yet stylish furniture, smart storage, and cozy textiles, together creating, a seamless flow between kitchen and resting areas.

Every aspect of this penthouse narrates a tale, blending the Client’s personal memoirs with the classic appeal of American design. Overlooking the city skylines, this penthouse design mirrors the grandeur of the American dream, offering a panoramic view of the Client’s achievements and experiences.

APARTEMEN GRAHA CEMPAKAMAS

This project has unique constraints, where the client’s requested for a budget-friendly/ cost-effective interior redesign. To meet this objective, a mixture of new and old furniture has been integrated into the apartment. This project showcases the potential to drastically enhance and renovate an interior space, by only making slight adjustments.
