The company grew in 2006, adding customers, staff, and office space; exclusive products such as the Bowflag® were also introduced. Using advanced reverse osmosis water reclamation technology, recycled water can be reused for the production process multiple times. The digital and screen printing dyes used for flags and banners are inert, which means they are chemically non-reactive and therefore not harmful to the environment.

Since Tex Visions is constantly striving to manufacture products in an eco-friendly manner, we not only reuse water but also use recyclable fabrics. Our printed fabrics are made mostly from recycled materials and can be discarded or recycled at the end of use with little or no environmental impact. All of our fabrics have been tested for harmful substances according to the Oeko-Tex® Standard 100. With a production facility of 60,000ft2, Tex Visions is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of display hardware and custom large format printing. In our printing facility, we have the most advanced machines for digital and screen printing currently available to fulfill your orders. The basis for all of our printing is your client’s artwork file. In the prepress department, we adjust the artwork files to the specific requirements of each unique printing process. A PDF proof is then created and submitted for customer approval. Digital Chemical Dye (DCD) printing is our main printing process for fabric and allows us to print small and large runs with no minimum and runs with very complex images where the highest resolution is

After the DCD printing process, the printed fabric is moved to the high-temperature steamer, which seals the colors and bonds them to the fabric. This crucial step ensures the highest through print, durability, color fastness, and washability. Next, the printed fabric is washed in a special washing cycle to release all excess color to prevent bleeding.

ORDERING INFORMATION Pricing All prices are quoted net and do not include any state or federal tax. We do not charge sales tax for out-of-state customers. Pennsylvania resellers can request tax-exempt status. The quoted prices are based on the necessary customer designs being graphically processed by the customer in compliance with any instructions provided by us. The current hourly rate will be charged for any requested amendments and additional or necessary graphical processing. Design services are available on request. Customer’s Obligations If a specific delivery date has been agreed upon, the customer must ensure that we receive, in sufficient time, any designs, artwork files, and documentation required for processing the order. Delivery dates cannot be confirmed until all necessary documents have been approved. First Time Customers All first time customers are required to prepay the full value of the first order. Credit terms are available for established customers (see Payment Terms section). Payment Terms All orders must be prepaid by either check, credit card, or bank transfer unless credit terms are established. All major credit cards are accepted. We will extend credit terms to approved customers who complete the credit application. By completing a credit application, the customer is requesting that we sell products with credit. If the customer’s credit account is approved and if not otherwise agreed, customer agrees to pay for all products purchased within 30 days after product completion.

Production Time Production times for digital printing normally range from 3 to 10 business days and 2 to 4 weeks for screen printing. Inquire about rush services and current delivery dates. All production times are estimates and are subject to change. Most small orders for stock items and hardware can be shipped the same business day after approval. To be shipped the same business day, orders must be approved by 1:00PM EST. Most large orders for stock items and hardware can be shipped in 1-3 business days. Artwork and Production If items are to be produced using the customer’s designs, we will reproduce such designs as precisely as possible. We reserve the right to make minor deviations in color or representation that may result from technical limitations of textile printing and from differing colors on different types of background materials. All digitally printed orders will receive exact quantities. Deviations in width and length by +/- 7% for all printing methods are unavoidable as a result of technical production limitations. For screen printed orders, the customer is responsible for excess supply by up to 10% in respect to items made to order. Order Changes and Cancellation No changes can be made after the customer confirms the required order approval documents. These approval documents will begin the production process. Orders can be cancelled prior to approval. In the case of a cancellation, the customer will be responsible for all costs involved in order preparation, artwork, labor, and/or any cancellation processing costs incurred.

Delivery Terms Delivery Terms are always ex-works Carlisle, Pennsylvania, USA. Shipping and handling estimates and charges are only quoted on request. Actual charges will appear on invoice. Blind shipping and drop shipping are available as well as distribution. Inspection of Received Products By accepting a package, you agree that the products arrived without visible shipping damage. If shipping damage is suspected, the package should be signed for delivery as damaged and Tex Visions must be contacted immediately. Failure to sign for the package as damaged and failure to contact Tex Visions within 3 business days will be treated as a warranty claim and is subject to our warranty policy. We require the customer to inspect their products upon receipt. Any obvious manufacturing defects must be reported immediately before the product is used. Returns Custom printed materials and customized hardware may not be returned. A re-stocking fee will be applied to all returned, undamaged, unused products. The customer will be responsible for any shipping charges associated with the return. No refunds will be granted before full inspection. Tex Visions must be contacted within 3 business days of receipt of products to be eligible to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return the product. TEX VISIONS WARRANTY POLICY We always guarantee the functionality and quality of our products when used in observance of our product specific assembly instructions, warning labels, and disclaimers. If this is not done correctly, it may result in damage to the unit, injury, or death, and all warranties will be void. Tex Visions has warranty policies in place to protect against manufacturing defects. Obvious manufacturing defects must be reported before the product is used. Customers will be responsible for shipping the product to Tex Visions. Upon delivery, Tex Visions will inspect the product. If the claim is judged to be a manufacturing defect, the product will be repaired and/or replaced. The product will then be returned via standard ground shipping free of charge. Any expedited shipping charges are not covered by this warranty policy. Free replacement products will be shipped only after inspection of the damaged product. If the claim is judged not to be a manufacturing defect, the customer will be informed. The customer is responsible for the cost, including any shipping costs, if they choose to have us repair and/or replace the product. Claims not covered under the warranties include but are not limited to: • • • • • •

Failure to follow assembly instructions, warnings, and/or disclaimers Normal wear and tear, including industry standard fading Misuse and unauthorized alteration of product Loss, theft, or vandalism Natural disasters, storms, and strong winds Transportation damages

Tex Visions reserves the right to make final judgment on any warranty disputes, which includes final determination of the nature and cause of damage as well as final determination of warranty solution and response. Warranty Period All prints produced by Tex Visions have a warranty period. Prints for indoor use have a limited warranty of 1 year, and prints for outdoor use have a limited warranty of 6 months. Hardware for outdoor use comes with a limited warranty of 6 months and hardware for indoor use comes with a limited warranty of 1 year against manufacturing defects. WHAT TO LOOK FOR: NEW PRODUCTS

WOODEN CHAIRS Our wooden chairs are a great way to take advantage of valuable advertising space. They are constructed of natural beech wood and are both stable and lightweight at less than 5lb each. Wooden chairs can also be collapsed for easy transportation. Three different models are available, including Deck Chairs, Directorsâ&#x20AC;&#x2122; Chairs, and Beach Chairs. Our wooden chairs are perfect for bars, patios, events, tradeshows, or the beach.

DISPLAY CYLINDERS Display Cylinders are a new twist on our popular Display Cubes. They are made of the same thick, compact foam that is light enough for stacking but dense enough to sit on. The custom printed fabric secures with a zipper for a seamless appearance and can be replaced effortlessly when a new message is needed. Display Cylinders are offered in two different sizes and are ideal for trade shows, lobbies, and showrooms.

ADVERTISING TENTS Advertising tents are a functional tool for any campaign. Constructed of an aluminium frame with sturdy hexagon-shaped posts, they can be collapsed and stored in the carrying case for travel. Our tents have three display options: a canopy with open sides, back wall only, or closed sides with a back wall. By printing on both the canopy and side walls, your client can maximize their advertising space. Advertising tents are perfect for promotions and sporting events.

Fence wraps create attention for your client’s product, event, or company. With digital printing, we are able to achieve repeat images unseamed up to a width of 8.2’, a length exceeding 50.0’, and 6.5’ x 23.0’ for screen printing. Our special stretch mesh fabric has self-sealing edges and allows wind to pass through. Prints are finished with grommets or cut sides and install easily. Full Advertising Coverage Unlike many other manufacturers, Tex Visions does not use black “poly-stretch” header tape as a pole sleeve. Instead, Tex Visions prints directly on the pole sleeve. The Bowflag® sleeve is reinforced internally with header tape at the tip where extra strength is needed. This not only increases valuable advertising space but boosts the visual appeal of the Bowflag®.

Shapes The concave, convex, straight, and angled shapes are known as the “flying”shapes. These shapes are enhanced by wind but do not require it for visibility. Other Bowflag® shapes like the drop, razor, scoop, shield, and arrow keep the flag taut so they do not require wind to be fully visible at all times.

Pole Sets We make our Bowflag® pole sets available in a variety of sizes. We do this so your client can choose the best size option for their campaign. If your client purchases the pole set size that best fits their needs, they can reduce cost by only reordering a flag of the corresponding size and continuing to use the same hardware. To prevent damage while being presented, your clients should allow a minimum of 4.0’ on all sides to avoid contact with trees, wires, poles, or buildings. DID YOU KNOW... For some of our display systems, both fabric and vinyl materials work well. Each material has different benefits, so the choice is up to your client. Two of our most popular materials are Multisol® D and Vinyl Opaque 13oz. • Multisol® D has brilliant color reproduction, is heavyweight, and is best for indoor banners and displays. Banners made with this fabric can be either rolled or folded for storing and transporting and are available in the single-reverse or double-sided layout. The nearly opaque appearance of Multisol® D will not allow much of the front image to show through unlike some of our other materials. • Vinyl Opaque 13oz has a satin finish and because it is weather resistant and UV protected, is best for both indoor and outdoor banners. Banners made with this material can only be rolled when storing or transporting and are available in single-sided or double-print layout. The single-sided layout is popular with many banner stands and displays with the image being viewable on the front side with no bleed through to the back side, thus making the print completely white on the back. The liner, which is laminated between two vinyl pieces, creates 100% opaqueness. For an explaination of our layout options, turn to page 61.

There are several options available: • Q-Frame® Tex is a custom frame system made of aluminium profiles. This system provides a frameless look and has six different profiles available that vary in width and functionality. Q-Frame® Tex prints use keder sewn around the edges for installation, creating the sleek finish. 3D effects can be achieved using the Q-Frame® Tex50 profile while the Q-Frame® Tex120 creates a lightbox. Q-Frame® Tex models can be hung from the ceiling, hung on a wall, mounted to a wall, or used as a free-standing display. • Snap Frame is an aluminium frame system that snaps open and closed in seconds. Prints are easily secured inside the frame making the changing of graphics simple. All models of the Snap Frame include a protective anti-glare cover that is placed on top of the print to allow for longer print life. Seven Snap Frame models are available and range from wall hanging models to outdoor A Signs. • Display Wall is a snap-and-click frame system that is used as a background display or divider. It is offered in 16 different sizes with custom sizes available upon request. Prints can extend to the floor for a full coverage look with either a single-reverse or double-sided layout. There is a variety of indoor bases to choose from. • 3D Displays are customizable three-dimensional frame systems. Models are constructed using lightweight aluminum and fiberglass poles and are available in four hanging models and in five floor models. DID YOU KNOW... Many of the 3D Display models can be used free-standing or hung from the ceiling. There are nine models that utilize six different connectors to allow your clients the flexibility they need to create their ideal three-dimensional shape. Each of the connectors available for our 3D Displays create flawless edges, making this system exceptionally attractive while still maintaining its sturdy construction. Hanging options available: • Option 1: This is the standard hanging option. Steel ropes are provided with loops and crimps on each end. The loops are installed around the frame during assembly and do not require any frame modifications. • Option 2: Frame modifications can be requested. Holes are drilled into the frame so that eyelet hooks can be inserted for hanging. With this option, pear snap hooks are installed on the eyelet hooks and attached to the loops of the steel rope. 3D Displays are more durable than cardboard cutouts and can be used as a point-of-sale display for a new product or an informational exhibit to create vertical attention. No tools are needed for assembly and an optional carrying case is available. Use 3D Displays in retail stores, tourist attractions, shopping centers, trade show displays, lobbies, and showrooms.

DCD Printing is our standard printing process for fabric. It provides high resolution and good through print for flags. DCD Printing has a fast turnaround as well as no minimum quantity.

DPD printing is a method where dyes are digitally printed on a wide variety of materials from vinyl and canvas to Displaypoly and adhesive fabric substrates. DPD prints can be used in an array of applications including displays and banners. DPD prints require low maintenance and can be wiped clean to keep your print looking great longer.

With CSD Printing, commonly referred to as screen printing, images can be transferred directly onto the fabric with brilliant color reproduction and with the highest quality. This printing process is especially effective for producing larger quantities.

FINISHING OPTIONS All of our fabrics can have some level of dye penetration, also known as through print. This means that a mirror image of the graphic will be displayed on the reverse side of the flag. If your client is interested in a fabric similar to nylon, Supraflag® F is a great choice that offers superiority in both strength and durability.

This is the standard and most common format in the United States. The flag movement captures attention and helps deliver marketing messages effectively. Basic Finishes: • Left side of the flag is equipped with header tape and grommets • Hemmed on all sides with a double stitched hem • Plastic snap hooks, pole sleeve, or polyester cord loops are also available

Flags in this format will fly well even with very little wind, thus producing valuable exposure for your client’s advertising message. With the addition of a banner arm, your client can increase marketing exposure even if there is no wind.

A powerful marketing tool when used for any indoor application and especially for point of purchase, indoor banners are an attractive and functional method to convey your client’s marketing message.

Banners are an excellent complement to flag advertising or any marketing campaign. They guarantee excellent exposure of your client’s marketing message. Banners can be produced by digital or screen printing on fabrics or digital printing on vinyl and other substrates.

Basic Finishes: • Aluminum snap profile with eyelets and cord • Wooden dowel and polyester cord • Metal rod sewn into sleeve • Banner finished with sewn sleeves only • Hemmed sides and grommets

DID YOU KNOW... There are three basic finishes for a flag. These different finishing options allow your client to display their flag in whichever way fits their needs. Below are the three options with explanations for each. • Option 1: This is the standard flag finishing option. Includes white header tape and brass grommets on the left side. • Option 2: Similar to the standard flag finishing but with more appeal. Includes white header tape that is wrapped in printed fabric with brass grommets on the left side. Because the white header tape is wrapped in printed fabric, this finishing option gives your client’s flag the reinforcement it needs without showing the white header tape, making for a more attractive display. • Option 3: Also known as banner style. Includes white header tape that is wrapped in printed fabric with brass grommets along the top rather than the left side. This flag finishing choice is ideal for indoor flags being hung on a wall or from a ceiling that need to be fully visible without the help of wind. 1

LAYOUT OPTIONS Single-reverse vs. single-sided Single-reverse is the standard flag layout. It allows the printed image to be viewable on the front side and penetrate to the back side of the flag as a mirror image. Single-reverse is associated with fabric printing. The amounts of dye penetration (through print) that is achieved depends on the material chosen. Single-sided allows the printed image to be viewable on the front of the material with no penetration to the back side; therefore, it is white on the back. This is associated primarily with other substrates, such as vinyl and photo paper.

This layout is typically associated with fabric printing and makes it possible to have the same or a different correct reading image on both sides of a flag or banner. Double-print refers to an image being printed on both sides of a substrate instead of sewing two prints together. Double print is typically associated with substrates such as our Vinyl Opaque 13oz, which includes a liner that is laminated between two vinyl pieces to achieve 100% opaqueness. Double-sided layout uses 2 layers of fabric with a blocking inner liner.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS To ensure a successful print... • Submitting your artwork as a “print-ready” PDF file is preferred (MAC or PC). • We will also accept files created in Adobe® Illustrator®, Photoshop®, and, InDesign®. • Acceptable file types include: PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, JPG, and INDD • If multiple images are selected for a product, submit one file per image. • For multiple print, double-sided, and/or double-print products, please design on all layouts within the template even if the layout graphics are the same. Using the templates • Artwork must be created using the provided templates. Our artwork templates include all necessary measurements, bleeds and safe guides. • Page 2 of the PDF template contains the actual template for design use. Submit this page only. • Do not alter the template lines in any way when creating your design. • Only include graphics to be printed. Do not include notes, comments, or additional instructions in your file. • Delete all template lines and guides before submitting your file. Exception: For Adobe® InDesign®, leave template lines in your file.

Creating “print-ready” PDFs • “Print-ready” PDFs can be easily created from many graphics applications. Use the “Job Options” and “Job Options Information” links when downloading a template to install the custom PDF print-ready settings for graphics applications and Acrobat® Distiller®. • Always preview PDF created before submission to ensure accurate results. Observe the following information when creating your artwork file(s): • Outline all fonts. • Embed all placed images. • Submit all artwork files in CMYK color space mode. Avoid RGB, LAB, and Indexed color spaces. • Use 100% opaque PANTONE® Color Bridge® colors for more accurate color reproduction. • Design all artwork files in a scale of 1:10. • A minimum resolution of 360dpi is required for raster (pixel) images. Higher resolutions are preferred. • Use vector art when possible for logos, fonts, and line drawings. Convert raster art to vector when possible to avoid pixilation, or jagged edges. • Bleed is required on all artwork files. Extend all artwork out to the template’s magenta bleed line.

• Keep text, logos & important images inside the gray image safety line or they might get cut off. • The required stroke strength (line thickness) of fonts and objects needs to be at least 0.1mm (.283pts) at a 1:10 ratio. Using fonts and objects that fall below this requirement may lead to undesirable results. • Flatten all transparencies. • Your artwork files must remain open and accessible. Do not password-protect or encrypt your files. Color accuracy • For digital printing, we cannot guarantee a 100% color match for all colors. • Use 100% opaque PMS (PANTONE®) Color Bridge® colors whenever possible. This will ensure colors are more accurately reproduced.
