Through all my designs and documentations, I’ve used Revit Architecture to implement technical details of the design and construction works while refining all documentation involved in including all floor plans, elevations, sections, joinery, and details. My visualizations were made by two primary renderers: Vray for its realistic high quality and Enscape in terms of the quick render creation and realtime design review.

I am realizing now that Unreal Engine 4 is a common language between all architecture, film, and video games. These works demonnstrate the application of UE4 into architectural practice, as Realtime Visualization and Interactive Walkthrough engaged a customer is with a product before purchase. I really believe these techniques can get more attentions in architecture and real eastate field soon.

Following the strict functions, the factory’s design implied the modernist language with bare concrete material and the open wide windows. The priority in functions and assembly line demanded a clear and coherent layout within the site.
16
My selected concept for Apple industrial factory focused on functional and pratical comtempory design rather than eye-catching factors. The design elememts and functional characteristics of the building allowed it to operate better production line. The overall plan has three main areas: administration, production and import/ export. External functions like administration, showroom and exporting outdoor yard are near the main roads. The central area is a building that houses the main production line. Here is divided into multiple levels to suit every functional area and the process required. Import/export storage area and the technical area are located far from the main road to ensure a safety distance,

The building located on the center of national universities and near two highroads. The library is required to become a cultural center, a social interaction service for students and staff here. Moreover, the building have to be a landmark to emphasize the university. The building has 3 main areas: learning area, public area and management area. The public area is located in center of building, dividing reading area into 2 parts and gain more sunlight from skylight.

The Arts Centre belongs to a network of public spaces and civic buildings dotted along the Yarra River corridor. However, much of the Arts Centre’s current identity, activity and energy are hidden from the daily life of Melburnians behind concrete facades and deep interiors. The design challenged these existing parameters and explore the opportunities for the Art Centre activities to be liberated into the wider precinct: to engage with the street life that flows past the building on a constant basis.
24
The goal of the building is to create the conections with the surrounding buildings. Based on the existing level changings, people would use the building as a hub to their destinations. The form-making method is based on the exsiting topography and a basic box. By pushing down half of the box, the building create a connection to the existing level changing in landscape. The roof level is used as a playground in order to replace the demolished lawn. The next step is to create the inwards directions toward the building by pushing the surfaces against inside. Finally, the in-between part is deleted. This valley has the function as an outdoor stage, as well as allow light and views connections.
25
26
As can be seen in the Axonometric View, the external circulation can be archieved by the external ramp and amphitheater in two sides. People are able to access the St Kilda road and Sturt St. without going through the internal space. The large void has the significant advantages. It allows the light and views coming through and create the depth for buildings. It also becomes a bridge to connect three levels of the building. When you stand in one of those, you still can see the other levels and each location create different feelings for the users.
27
The main pattern of both ground level and 1st level is also triangular system. Two triangles in centre of public area represents for the hub where you have to access before going to other areas in building. There is an outdoor performance space for free performancers. Beside the offical event, street artists and performancers are the other main factor can attract more guests and passangers to come and use the building.
28
The auditorium here is the flexible performance stage. With extractable seating base, the building allows the performance space and the audience space to be re-defined each time. For example, the layout of centered stage is set up for small to medium commitment and practice. Therefore it requires less labour to operate.

Location . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .Murrumbeena Station, Murrumbeena VIC 3163 The design proposes a new opportunity to help shape the new Murrumbeena regarding urban scheme. It comprises of two new village square, a new station, areas to eat, meet and play and new walking. My proposal reinforces the idea that corridor underneath sky rail should not only serve as a pathway, but be also the medium of said public spaces, revitalizing Murrumbeena to be vibrant again. The proposal design corridor as public spaces that by moving people and goods, they comprise and extensive network of public open spaces to facilitate social, cultural, civic and economic interaction.
30
DENSITY Since this area is characterize by medium density. I propose to intensify the urban center density in order to archive economically desirable density.
IDENTITY To promote the attractiveness of the village center for all generation, the area must home diversity of uses: kindergartens, playground for youth, senior and community; spaces activities/workshops around courtyard where everyone can interact to enhance a healthy neighborhood atmosphere.
URBAN SYSTEM In Murrumbeena heart, the neighbor buildings are largely in use with local businesses and services. I understand that existing identity and establish a new commercial and industrial zone to enrich the urban fabric, increase tourism and attract new visitors.
PEDESTRIAN FLOW The Corridor produces a new sense of flow by linking main spots regarding different plots and programs, by doing so this inner pedestrian street propels the flow of people, program and activity needed to activate the entire site.

PROPOSAL ACTIVITIES Different programs for different social actors creates spaces for interaction. This programmatic collision is the heart of my syncopated crossing strip, it shapes a new neighborhood, densifying hybrid social housing prototypes. A new community across the infrastructure.
CONCEPT
The area will be divided in different zones according to the blocks, so different arts will become the specific character of each part. Every zone will have a symbolic color. The village core retains its peculiar image in the sloped roofs which provide a unity identity to the village landscape. To intensify the prevailing scale in center, added buildings reinterpret the existing volumes, certain units will be combined to occupy a larger functional areas.

ST KILDA TRIANGLE’S MOCA
While people desire to live in nature, architecture tends to raise the wall between inside and outside. As architectural elements are recognized as solid and impenetrable, they can be much greater than simple partitions. When pursuing a circulation system, even a minor mistake that discourages interaction, spaces would immediately hidden, inaccessible and uncommunicative. What I have always seek is “movement” characterist in architecture, which is a key to abolish the boundary and reconnect the inherent fragments to integrate human into a part of nature. Embracing Beach Road - Extension of Public Amenity
ST. KILDA WEST
MELBOURNE
St Kilda beach is perhaps one of the most important of Melbourne’s public amenities, known for its foreshore, beach, night life, live music scene, restaurants and festivals. This is a huge responsibility to not only address St. Kilda but to embrace and bridge the foreshore precint into the neighbour zones to negate the sense of disconnection.

KEY DESIGN CONCEPT
Forming concept - Erosion and Flow One of the unique features of MOCA is the sculptural coastline and the rock formations created by the movement of the water, wind and the tides. Like the coastal forms the building has also been sculpted but by the movement of people not the elements. Expected movement from both the Jacka Boulevard and the city sculpts both the external and internal form in the same way that the elements have sculpted the rock forms over time. The sculpting of the building is by both projected vertical and horizontal circulation provides a sculptural but informed building form.

St. Kilda, VIC Rather than constituting the city as an array of additive elements the project proposes a coherent urban surface system allowing for horizontal as well as vertical urban conditions. The proposed geometry of the new urban center is able to react adaptively to the existing city fabric as well as to accommodate different programmatic requirements.
42
The primary attemp is to bestow life to the building by attracting the users to itself in the urban setting of Melbourne, blending sea and land together into one elegant element. The proposal is a fluid space between water and city, nature and human, creating a new narrative to reinterpret the role of water in the city. Based on Melbourne’s points of interest, the urban grids are liquidfied to be integrated with water and nature itself. Dockland

ENVIRONMENTAL STRATEGY
The design represents more than a factory for food production, creating a robust public realm, celebrating agriculture as a key component of urban growth. This approach actively supports a more sustainable food network while increasing the quality of life in the city through a community program of restaurants, markets, a culinary academy, and pick-yourown experience.

Many residential areas in the city, especially Invermay area in the low ground are prone to be inundated. The project aims to achieve flood resilient, as well as water management efficiency for the city. On the one hand, the flood capacity is increased by creating new river. On the other hand, water towers and dams are built to control and manage the water
48
The neural tree - known as Yggdrasil tower, besides being a connection to Launceston, also works as a way to directly interact with the world through the artificial neural system located through the spinal cord. Taking inspiration from human nervous system, the tree has the capability to connect directly to the city database system. The roots are capable of initiating a neural link with the local buildings. This allows all residence to unite as one
HOW THE WATER TOWER WORKS?
Water Irrigation strategy The location of the new river and the tower is based on the topography and local context analysis. From an urban design scale, the project is expecting to create new residential/commercial area with water treatment facility as the new center. Wetlands and parks are also created along the river as public space and local environmental assets.

MIXED-USED PROGRAMS / FUNCTIONS Only riverfront is not suffcient to connect the people with river, because people come and relax in the parks and open spaces only at free times and in weekends. If we put some Daily and Regular Urban Activities on the river then we can physically connect the people with the river. That is the reason it its proposed to designed a mixed use habitable building tower.
CONSTRUCTION FORM ANALYSIS
Besides water management function, it has various programs like residents, office, shopping, commercial, hotel, restaurant, cinema, cultural events and vertical courtyards for commnunity activities. It costs huge amount of money as well as construction materials and labours for buildings a river bridge only for single use - transportation. Why not this tower can be a structure of mixedused?

Base structure works as the roots which have numerous functions. One of the most important is to uphold the tower and ensure its growing space. The tides are rough, huge waves, strong winds, tropical storms such as typhoons and hurricanes do not make it easy for root structure. There roots could habitable for fish and river creatures.

Where once there were thermally uncomfortable spaces that people did not want to occupy for periods of time, there is now light, wind and shading being brought into all spaces across the site. Where there were hard and harsh spaces there is now vegetation and water, aiding in the theory of biophelia, important in a space where people are prone to stress. And where once there was a series of disjointed spaces, there is now a communal spaces, a place where people can congregate and socialise.

EXISTING CONDITION
KEY STRATEGIES
We wished to provide mostly for spaces where students could study outside in the small microclimates we have created. Different areas of the site have been designed for specific times of the day. The artificial topographic area is good for summer afternoons when the site heats up. However it is a little shady for Winter so the right side of the hill would be better for relaxing in the sun. The platform is also perfect for hot summer afternoons as it provides shade and the vegetation cools down the air. It is also a pleasant space in Winter mornings when the sun is shining through.
