PREPARE OUR LEADERS OF TOMORROW
As the nation’s preeminent graduate school of banking, Stonier is known for innovation and leadership. Now partnering with the world-renowned Wharton School of Business, Stonier seamlessly integrates Wharton’s leadership courses, taught by its distinguished faculty. Most Stonier attendees enroll in the three-year course, consisting of week-long resident sessions held each June at the University of Pennsylvania. However, candidates who have completed an MBA or MS in finance from an AACSB-accredited school may apply for accelerated status, enabling them to complete their studies in two consecutive resident sessions. All Stonier graduates receive both a Stonier Diploma and a Wharton Leadership Certificate.
Exceptional Executive Education Taught by experts who are also practitioners in their field, the Stonier curriculum offers unparalleled learning opportunities, with an emphasis on strategic planning, financial management and leadership. Stonier’s affiliation with ABA, the foremost banking association in the United States, ensures that attendees are exposed to the latest emerging issues and regulations that continue to impact the industry. More than 30 elective courses enable attendees to meet their professional and developmental goals in a highly personalized fashion. A Year 1 team-based marketing simulation and Year 2 bank management simulation are key elements of the curriculum. Between Years 2 and 3, a high-impact Capstone Strategic Project offers further opportunity for development as participants undertake a project of potential significant value to their organization.
