Auburn Tennis Club 2021 Easter Raffle - Terms and conditions 1. Entry is open to any member of Bankstown Sports of our associated venues. 2. Participation is open to all, except employees and immediate families of the Promoter and their associated companies and agencies and participating outlets. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister or 1st cousin. 3. The Easter Raffle will be held on Thursday 25 March. Tickets go on sale at 6pm and draws commence at 7.30pm in the Lounge Area at Auburn Tennis Club. 4. Raffle ticket prices are listed below: a. $1 for 10 Numbers 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10.

Tickets to be sold in numerical order. Patrons must be present at time of purchase. No tickets will be sold once the raffle has commenced. The prize pool will consist of Easter prizes to the total value of $1,000. Prizes will be distributed according to patron selection when drawn. Prize winner to select from all remaining prizes at time of their number being drawn. Each prize will be drawn by an OLGR approved random number generator and will be announced by the promotional MC by way of microphone. The number is also prominently displayed on this random generator display machine.

11. One winning number is entitled to one prize. 12. Winners must claim their prize within 4 minutes of the draw, and after 4 announcements, a re-draw will take place. 13. Any disputes will be resolved using the discretion of the manager on the night.
