Bankstown District Sports Club Bingo Terms and Conditions 1. Participation is open to all those in venue over the age of 18, except employees and immediate families of the Promoter and their associated companies and agencies and participating outlets. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister or 1st cousin. 2. Any person over the age of eighteen in the venue can take part in the promotion. Children are permitted to play in the official NSW school holidays but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Staff or any person conducting the session cannot take part. 3. Bingo is held every Tuesday. Doors open at 10am. Bingo books are on sale from 10am and Bingo commences at 10.30am. Interval at approximately 11.30am – 12pm. Bingo finishes at approximately 1pm. 4. Bingo takes place in the Garrison Room on Level One at Bankstown District Sports Club unless otherwise advised. 5. Bingo Australia issued system is utilised. Bingo 21, Bingo Management System, Build 2008.1.1. 6. Bingo prices are listed below: 1. The first bingo book (playmate or hard copy) is $1. 2. Any additional books cost $2 per book (playmate or hard copy). Maximum 8 books collectively (playmate or hard copy) per player. Minimum 2 books to be purchased if using a playmate. 3. Dabbers are available for player purchase only, and are not supplied by Bankstown Sports i. Diamond Dab $2 ii. Power Dot $2.50 iii. Dab 2 Win $2.50 iv. Stylus (small) 0.50 cents 7. Prizes are outlined below: 1. Guaranteed Daily Prize Pool i. 20 x $20 EFTPOS Gift Cards – Full House Major Prizes (totalling $400.00) ii. 10 x $10 EFTPOS Gift Cards–Liner Minor Prizes (totalling $100.00) 2. Chance Prize Pool (Subject to Win) i. In the event of multiple winners for a full house: Play off for $20 EFTPOS Gift Card. Other winners receive a $10 EFTPOS Gift Card. (highest number = $20 | lowest numbers to receive $10) ii. $40 of EFTPOS Gift Cards for winning a game of bingo in under 52 calls on Full House Games only on your own. 8. Please refer to the terms and conditions for EFTPOS gift cards for their terms of use. 9. Once the patron is a winner, they call ‘Bingo’ to alert the Bingo caller. 10. To claim prizes, the Bingo host reads out the serial number on the Bingo book. The Bingo caller types the number into the system and prize is confirmed and issued. If there is a false alarm, play continues. 11. Any disputes will be resolved using the discretion of the Bingo caller including an incorrect call. 12.
