Bankstown Sports and Associate Venues 2024 Christmas Toy Raffle
1. This is a member only toy raffle. Any current member over the age of eighteen in the venue can take part in the promotion. Current staff and contracted staff of Bankstown Sports or its associated venues are not permitted to enter the promotion.
2. Raffle ticket prices are $5 for 50 tickets
3. Tickets are purchased in person on the day of sale, no pre-purchased tickets can be made online.
4. Christmas Toy Raffle to be held on the following dates and times: Venue
Birrong Sports Club 1 December (Sunday) 11am 1:00pm 3pm
The Acres Club 4 December (Wednesday) 5.30pm 7.30 pm 8.15pm
Baulkham Hills Sports 5 December (Thursday) 5.30pm 7.30 pm 8.15pm
Bankstown Golf Club 10 December (Tuesday) 6.00 pm 8.00pm 8.45pm
Bankstown Sports Bowls 11 December (Wednesday) 5.00pm
8.15pm Auburn Tennis Club 12 December (Thursday) 5.30pm 7.30 pm 8.15pm
Bankstown Sports Club 14 December (Saturday) 10am 1:00pm 2.30pm
5. Tickets/numbers cannot be reserved.
6. Members must be present in-person at time of claiming the prize.
7. No tickets will be sold once the raffle has closed and the draw has commenced.
8. The prize pool will consist of over $5,000 worth of toys ranging in price value, at Bankstown Sports Club.
9. The prize pool will consist of over $2,000 worth of toys ranging in price value, at each of the following venues: Auburn Tennis Club, Bankstown Sports Bowls Club, Baulkham Hills Sports, Birrong Sports, The Acres Club and Bankstown Golf Club.
10. Prizes will be distributed according to patron selection when drawn.
11. Prize winner to select from all remaining prizes at time of their number being drawn.
12. Each prize will be drawn by a random number generator and will be announced by the promotional MC by way of microphone and/or a TV screen.
13. One winning number is entitled to one prize.
14. Winners must claim their prize within 4 minutes of the draw, and after 4 announcements, a re-draw will take place.
15. Any disputes will be resolved using the discretion of the Operational Support Manager.
