Conditions of Entry The conditions of entry will be publicised on website and on signage throughout the building/s.
Customer Entry and Exit All customers are encouraged to provide their contact details upon entry to the venue. Contact details will be captured via Club Membership or identification and supplemented by a phone number. In addition to the Club’s current sign in practices, the club’s unique QR code is displayed prominently within each foyer and patrons are encouraged to “check-in” using this method also. This is our unique QR code, specific to Bankstown Sports, registered as a COVID-19-Safe Business:
Contact tracing records must be kept for 28 days – and stored confidentially and securely.
Staff and Contractors All staff and contractors must be recorded as above. Our QR code has been displayed within all staff rooms and next to all clock-in terminals for this purpose. All staff and contractors have been advised that they must check in and out of the venue using the Services NSW App at the commencement and conclusion of their shifts.

Monkey Mania may operate as an independent zone with a total capacity of 500 patrons. We have three additional zones that only operate with Event bookings: ▪ Grand Ball Room – 400pax ▪ Ball Room (Pre-Function) - 366pax Customer totals will be counted via regular head counts, restaurant booking numbers and monitoring the Club’s thermal counting system. Patron capacity limits apply to all patrons, including minors but do not apply to staff and contractors on-site. Social (Physical) Distancing Our club will support 1.5m physical distancing by limiting the capacity of the venue in accordance with the density limit in the Public Health Order of one patron per 2 square meter rule. It is not practicable to separate all tables and chairs such that there will be 1.5m physical distance between seated groups, however physical distancing will be supported by complying with the density limit in the Public Health Order.
Masks Face masks are no longer mandatory for patrons in indoor gaming areas, or for customer-facing club employees. Masks will be available in the gaming area upon request.
Unwell Staff and Patron Unwell staff and patrons showing COVID symptoms will be asked to leave immediately. Staff showing symptoms must get a COVID test and remain home in isolation until they receive their results. Active staff who develop COVID symptoms will be able to access sick leave during their isolation while waiting on results.

Vulnerable Workers The Club’s COVID Safe Policy identifies the characteristics of a Vulnerable Worker according to the Australian Government Health Authority. The Club’s policy includes staff consultation and modification of working arrangements in the interest of employee health and safety. Staff who have difficulty wearing a mask due to medical reasons are encouraged to speak with management.
NSW Health The NSW Ministry of Health will notify the Club if a case of COVID-19 is traced back to a patron or employee. Where a first responder requires advice, the query will be escalated to: NSW Health Line - 1300 066 055.
