REFER A FRIEND JULY 2022 – TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Bankstown Sports Refer a Friend will commence Monday 11 July 2022 at 9am AEST and conclude Sunday 7 August 2022 at 11.59pm AEST. 2. For the duration of the Refer a Friend promotion, a Referral bonus of $500 applies to all available roles as advertised on our Careers page (including casual roles).

3. Referral reward will be paid in two parts: • First payment of $100 will be made after the referring candidate has been successfully hired.

• A second and final payment of $400 will be made once they have successfully completed their probation period.

4. Employees can refer multiple candidates without any caps or restrictions.

5. First in best dressed, if two or more employees refer the same candidate, only the first referrer will be rewarded.

6. Referrals can only be accepted, if the referred candidate is not a current BSC employee, have valid working rights to work in Australia and meet all required employment obligations of BSC 7. All our employees are eligible to participate in our referral program, with the exception of Senior executive leadership team and roles directly responsible for recruitment.

8. In order for the referral to be valid, candidates must complete the referral section in the application form at the time of applying for the role, with details of referring candidate.

9. All candidates must give their consent to the referring employee, to be put forward for the advertised role.

11. Bankstown Sports Club reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate our employee referral program anytime and without any notice. BSC will ensure to effectively communicate any changes to the program in a timely manner.
