Banner Charge Their Glasses In Celebration Of Spartan’s Awards Hat Trick Banner Batteries – one of the UK’s leading battery supplies - helped keep the celebrations flowing at rapidly expanding South Wales-Based Spartan Motor Factors recently, and it was all in support of the company’s success in winning a major industry accolade for the third year running – CAT (Car & Accessory
Trader) magazine’s coveted Small Factor of the Year Award. No mean feat for a company that has only been in business for the same length of time.
And whilst Banner Batteries presented directors, Jason Farrugia, Daniel Webb and Lee Gratton each with a bottle of champagne, it also proved an opportunity to toast the progress of the relationship that has evolved between both companies since Banner Batteries was appointed by Spartan Motor Factors as its preferred battery supplier in August of last year. Furthermore, it coincides with the opening of the company’s fourth and latest branch in Barry.
Today, Banner Batteries’ flagship Power Bull battery – a high quality product that is fitted as original equipment by car manufactures such as VW, BMW and Skoda – and the company’s premium Red Power branded product can be seen across the motor factors existing branches located in Newport, Cardiff and Bridgend.
As Spartan Motor Factors director, Jason Farrugia commented: “Despite having only kick-started our relationship with Banner Batteries last August, the uptake of the product from across our customer base has proved very successful. As one of the largest battery manufacturers in Europe, they are an extremely well respected brand and renowned for supplying only high quality products. As such, we have experienced very few warranty issues. Indeed it is only through our association with leading aftermarket brands such as Banner, not to mention the support we receive from buying group, Parts Distribution Partnership, that has helped us secure the CAT award for a third year running.�
