Our Registered Nurses coordinate and deliver high quality nursing care that support our clients to remain living at home. We develop genuine connections with our clients and assist them to implement innovative strategies that will optimise their health and wellbeing and support their independence.

This approach enables you to live the life you want, by supporting you to remain as independent as possible. BaptistCare at home Nursing provides safe, effective client-centred clinical care in a client's home. Clinical care is a holistic approach that may include the prevention,treatment and management of illness or injury, and the maintenance of social, mental and physical well-being.
Our At Home Nursing services are funded by the Commowealth Home Support Program to:
Nursing Services include: y Comprehensive clinical assessments y Wound care/skin integrity monitoring
y Provide short-term or intermittent treatment
y Medication monitoring and management
y Support older people to remain at home by monitoring of medically diagnosed clinical conditions
y Pain management
y Provide education about good health practices to our clients
y Continence management and catheter care
y Deliver treatments and care that improve a client's capacity to self-manage
y Preventing and managing pressure injuries
y Chronic disease management y Health monitoring and education
