Dementia Advisory Service Our dementia advisors provide free support to people living with dementia and their carers. Our goal is to provide our clients with the appropriate tools and information to live their best life, and to feel supported throughout their journey.
We are committed to providing our service using a wellness and reablement approach. Wellness and reablement means we support our clients to remain as independent as possible. At BaptistCare, we know everyone’s journey is different. Individually tailored plans may include: •
