We’re here to help BaptistCare provides tailor-made home care programs to suit your individual needs and budget. Our caring staff are on-hand to provide assistance with this process.
Ways of funding our services Home Care Packages (HCP) Home Care Packages provide individuals needing ongoing assistance with a monthly allocation of funding to purchase services or equipment. Privately Funded Services While waiting for funded care, or where funding does not apply, we provide experienced, trained staff at competitive rates. The entry-level or short-term Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) may also be available to provide specific assistance such as general help around the home, shopping and garden maintenance. This all-inclusive charge covers your personal Care Facilitator with no restrictions on hours. They will work with you to choose your services, then monitor and coordinate your ongoing services. Package Management for HCP (fortnightly) Level 1 $49

How are BaptistCare at home services managed and delivered? Your services will be delivered by a dedicated Care Facilitator and group of Care Workers, supported by a multi-disciplinary team of Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Dementia and Palliative care experts, other Allied Health professionals and an experienced local management team.
