Select Scheduling Assistant.
Add your Attendees
Select Add Rooms

You may have to widen the above dialog box. o
Makes the dialog box larger

Widens description box

Place cursor here until you see a cross then left click, hold and drag to the right.
Widens Capacity Box

Place cursor here until you see an arrow then click, hold and drag box left at an angle.
Place cursor here until you see a cross then left click, hold and drag to the right.
You have the option to select multiple rooms to determine what is available.
Select 1 room: Double click on the room you wish to use.
Select multiple rooms: Hold Down the CTRL key and left click to select the rooms to review.

Release the CTRL key and select Rooms. Select OK
Locate a time the room is available. Select available Start Time and End Time. o
Tip: You can drag the green bar to an available start time and drag the red bar to an available stop time.
o
Tip: On the right hand side, Suggested Times are shown to assist with selecting availability
Make sure you uncheck the rooms you do not need.
Select: Appointment

Enter Subject
Send Meeting
You will receive two emails. o
One email will either accept or deny the appoiment for the room itself.
o
The other email contains a message regarding your meeting room (setup, equipment, etc)
