Mogyorรณd Community Center >> This project is based on being another great attraction for the town of Mogyorรณd in Hungary, as a point of cultural support and entertainment for local people and a visual attraction for tourists who can pass through the town. The use of multiple angles provide a broadening of the possibility to capture sunlight for a future use in times of cold, the angles they make reference to the roofs of traditional Hungarian houses, which are present in close proximity to the project site and let the sunlight through neighboring homes, we tend to use a height that could be contrasted to the houses already built on site but do not exceed the height of the Tower of the Church in neighboring land, think of a more local scale, in that people can go through the site, without that feel that the building was an authoritarian object and rough, the angles also help create a fun appearance.

cbca cultural center contest >> The present Cultural Center proposal requested by the 2016 CBCA Competition is located in the capital of the state of Cearรก, Fortaleza, a city where there is little equipment for culture and leisure. In order to do so, a rather deprived area of socio-cultural structures was chosen, located in the east border of Fortaleza, that historically constituted by a port area, but its environment is currently degraded. The project is intended to meet the need not only of the city, but mainly of the community of Titanzinho, located in that region . Through this equipment, the objective is to bring with it the necessary infrastructure for its implementation and to bring benefits to the community. The neighborhood presents many problems, also has great potential, the great sense of community, the proximity to the sea and the old Lighthouse, which is a heritage listed by the State for more than 30 years and which was constituted as a museum, but today is unused and abandoned.

urban atelier 03-Center intervention >> The center district is the nucleus of origin of Fortaleza, a historical place of great importance for the. However, today it is very degraded due to of population, formal and administrative bodies. Currently, in the neighborhood, the predominant trade is informal and their housing density comes decreasing due to problems of violence, noise and visual pollution and lack of maintenance of public spaces. With the purpose of restoring an image of this historic center, were proposed some projects to intervene in the problems mobility, public spaces, housing and underutilized spaces. The project proposal is to use underutilized areas such as private parking lots to create connections between blocks, creating different activities so that region could be used in a healthy way, promoting walks and social interaction.

final graduation project-Center intervention >> The project of the Masterplan is developed through a combination of an intervention in mobility and the creation of a system of free spaces in a portion of the central core of the Center district. The elaboration of the project took place through the analysis of the neighborhood and identification of the problems and potentialities of the place. The mobility project includes the insertion of two lines of TRAM that complement each other, the transportation stops were developed according to the need for shading of the site and also implemented more vegetation for the region. Also we have the proposal of free spaces, connecting underused spaces of private parking in a high density area, spaces were reopened for the leisure and mobility of pedestrians and cyclists, in addition the little river that gave origin to the city, which is currently underground, would be exposed with its extended margins for treatment and in the future become a pleasant environment for contemplation.

Department Design 3 - Panorama Market >> The project of the Rรกckeve Market aims to house the traditional mercantile activities of the city, having as one of the main goals the closest relationship of residents with the Danube river, besides being a place of greater activity in the city, attracting visitors to the city and also attracting locals on the riverbank. The developed Volumetry is inviting with its roof of accessible ramps to enjoy the view of the region, serving as several viewpoints and leisure space for the population. The Passage spaces instimulate a curiosity when passing through the building, providing a new walking alternative for pedestrians and spaces for small boats to dock.

Environmental Design- Square design >> The project is a renovation in a open space that today is used as a parking lot. The aim of the project was creating a wakable space with spots to relax and enjoy the area such as urban furniture designed to be an eye attraction and promote curiosity. Another utilizations for the area was though as a space for food truck and an open air cinema, everything was moduled and made to be easy to built.
COMPETITION DOCEXDOCE >> Historically, the Escher channel has underwent different occupational phases. Understanding this process is very significant in the project conception of the Canvas media center and library, especially as regards the understanding of the scale, density and symbolic value of this building in the composition of the landscape and the history of the city. The concept for this approach is to promote the "temporal connection", and for this reason, some elements were emphasized as references in the reconstitution of this urban scenario. The volumetry was inspired by the layers and possibilities that sheets of paper can afford. The dense and absolute exterior contrasts with the open roof and the porous interior. This spatial conformation also stands out as one of the temporal reference elements, since in the past this space was used as a stage for expression and revolution, functioning as a shelter, although today it has an important role in prospecting for the future.
COMPETITION DOCEXDOCE >> The building damaged by the fire was chosen to house a library that is directly connected with the proposed new media center. The high passage, besides functional, also means the contact between the past and the future. This architectural program articulated with idealized volumetry, resulted in a flexible solution. The external convivial space is delimited by a water mirror that is one of the main elements that redefine the spatiality of the island. To promote a cultural activity in areas such as this, it is important to highlight historical performance and to re-signify the public space. Restoring contact with nature and enlargement as possibilities of using the term were also issues taken into account. Rescuing the past to enhance the future.
Expression >> I work with illustrations on markers and watercolor, besides I have passion for photography and am an amateur photographer.
