ITINERARY Transfer from the airport to the hotel to proceed with the check-in. Depending on the arrival time, you can choose between a welcome lunch or dinner. Free afternoon and night at the hotel. Day 1:

Breakfast at the hotel. At the agreed time with our guide, we’ll go to Montserrat to enjoy a private experience. You can choose between sightseeing, trekking, via ferrata or climbing. Lunch in restaurant + transfer back to the city. Free afternoon + night in hotel. Day 2:

After a breakfast at the hotel, we’ll go to Garrotxas zone. After a breath-taking stroll surrounded by volcanos, we’ll taste the famous volcanic menu consisting of local and seasonal products. Once we are completely full, we’ll continue our journey to Costa Brava in Roses. Check-in at the hotel. Free afternoon and night at the hotel. Barcelona guided also means leaving the city and discovering Catalonia! Day 3:

Breakfast at the hotel. We’ll visit one of the Certif icate of Origin Empordà wine cellars, which produces wine right next to the sea. This experience will consist of a wine tasting accompanied by a local menu. Free afternoon + night at the hotel. Day 4:

Breakfast at the hotel. Today will be a sea day; we’ll have a 100% Mediterranean experience. On board on a traditional boat, we’ll start a navigation along the small bays and cliffs of Costa Brava. We’ll have a sea lunch on board. This activity will be the last part of Costa Brava stage. Then, we’ll come back to Barcelona. Night in Barcelona. Day 5:

Today our proposal is a gastronomic gourmet tour through the best spots of Barcelona. More and more, it is becoming diff icult to f ind authentic places which resist massive tourism and big brands. ITINERARY Departure from Barcelona airport (or others). We’ll start the journey to the selected destination (Vall Aran, Andorra, Cerdagne or the East Pyreenes). Once we arrive to our Hostel / Hotel we’ll have a welcome dinner. Depending on the arrival time in Barcelona, we’ll have a lunch on the road. Day 1:

After a good breakfast, we’ll start our f irst day of ski / snowboard. Arriving to the ski station, we’ll off icially start our adventure in Catalonia. Lunch at the ski station + dinner and night at the hotel. Day 2:

Today will be a little bit different from the previous days. After breakfast, we’ll start a snowshoes walk thought the white forest to enjoy the snow landscape. Barcelona in 5 days allows us to visit this wild coast through SUP, snorkel, trekking, kayak or even vía ferrata over crystalline waters. After a charming meal in a local restaurant we’ll come back to the city to have a free evening. Night in hostel. You also have the options to change the day trip excursions. We offer activities in other coast, mountain, rural, river areas. Day 4:

Breakfast in hostel. In the morning we’ll visit Barcelona on wheels! We’ll learn how to use this cool mode of transport with our instructors during the introductory session. After that, we’ll start a tour along Barcelona in total safety. You can also choose a bike tour option. After that, we’ll have a local dinner. We’ll use this last afternoon to go shopping and at night time, we’ll recommend best places to go partying. Day 5:

Breakfast in hostel. Free morning and transfer to the airport. End of our services discovering Barcelona in 5 days.

Programmable day. Today is perfect to go outside Barcelona and to visit our favourite place in our way. Our proposal is a daytrip to Costa Brava with an activity and a local meal in restaurant. We’ll leave from the city by bus in the morning. You can navigate with a kayak, practicing snorkel, via ferrata or trekking along the coast. After having lunch and a relaxing time under the sun we’ll come back to the city. Night in the hotel. Day 4:

Car rental option available. Private driver/ accompanying guide available. By choosing this option our accompanying guide will show you bests spots in Catalonia.

INDIVIDUAL ITINERARY After arriving to the city with our transfer, we’ll go to the hotel to proceed with the check-in. In the afternoon we’ll discover Barcelona from the heights of Tibidado Mountain. At the end of the day we’ll have a local welcome dinner. Night in Hotel.

Breakfast in Hotel. Today a beautiful walk along Barcelona is waiting for us. We can take the best photos of the city. A route in front of the sea. After that, we’ll f ly by helicopter over the Barcelona Skyline. We’ll f ly next to the birds! In the afternoon we can go shopping or walking before a Mediterranean dinner. Day 5:

ITINERARY Meeting with our guides at the agreed point, we’ll go to the hostel to proceed with the check-in. After a BTD presentation of the itinerary, we’ll have a walk in the city and after that a welcome dinner. Night in hostel. Day 1:

Breakfast in hostel. Today we’ll enjoy Barcelona in a truly fun way: through a team game. Receiving clues and performing challenges, we’ll discover and learn interesting facts about Barcelona. In the afternoon, our accompanying guide will show you best views of the city from Tibidabo. Night in hostel. Day 2:

After breakfast, we’ll start this day with a cool tour by longboard or scooter along the city (after a starting session to learn how to use this transport). You also can choose a bike tour or other activities. Mediterranean lunch and free afternoon. Night in hostel. Day 3:

Today, enjoy Barcelona will mean to enjoy Catalonia. After breakfast we’ll start an expedition. We’ll go to Montserrat, a unique mountain to practice different activities, trekking, via ferrata or climbing. After a picnic lunch we’ll go to the Pyrenees, to la Cerdagne. Dinner at the hostel and mountaineering party. Day 4:

Day 5: After a proper breakfast, we’ll walk along the Pyrenees landscapes or even go on horseback. In the afternoon, after an excellent meal, we’ll go to the outdoor natural hot springs. At the end of the day we’ll go to Ponts, the river kayaking village. Local dinner in Ponts and night in the hostel.

Starting from 0, we’ll learn by playing games and descending gorgeous river stretches. Local picnic lunch and transfer back to Barcelona. After few days on route, we’ll take this morning to have a relaxing time. What better way to enjoy Barcelona than visiting some culture? We’ll suggest a selection of the best places to visit: museums, stadiums, parks, etc. Free afternoon Day 7:

Breakfast in hostel. Costa Brava, here we go! To enjoy Barcelona also means to go to crystalline waters. We propose a fun via ferrata over the sea, kayak, snorkel or SUP; you can choose any activity. Meal in local restaurant. Transfer back to Barcelona and night in hostel. Day 8:

After having breakfast, we’ll explore musical Barcelona. A cultural tour to discover this art in the city (customized activity with best available option at the time). In the afternoon, we’ll explore Montjuïc, the other landscape of Barcelona, with lots of green zones. Night in hotel. Day 9:

Breakfast in hotel. Today is our last day in the city. After a relaxing free day to go shopping, to the beach or whatever else you choose, we’ll visit the Moritz beer factory (only available for adults) accompanied by a local tasting menu. ITINERARY From Barcelona or another starting point we agree on, we’ll go to Pallars zone, the base of our Barcelona Adventure itinerary. In the afternoon, after having lunch, we’ll visit Aigüestortes National Park, arriving in 4x4 vehicles and then trekking. Day 1:

HIGHLIGHTS We’ll descend in total safety and maximum fun down Noguera pallaresa, a reference point of whitewater rafting trips. • Night in mountain camps: We’ll sleep under the stars in an exclusive mountain camp completely isolated from any village. Our guide will accompany us all night to give us maximum comfort in our stay. • Canyoning: We’ll follow the well-known “Barranc del Infern”, descending rivers and jumping from cliffs into natural pools. You´ll wade along the river, f lowing down the natural slides, and f lying from the waterfalls. • Aigüestortes National Park: A great landscape of immense beauty. ITINERARY Transfer to sort. After landing in Barcelona and with any of the options you choose (to rent a car or by private transfers), we’ll start the journey to Sort, the European adventure sports paradise and starting point of Barcelona water sports. This transfer will take 3 hours approximately. Lunch in Barcelona or on the way. Once we arrive to sort we’ll proceed with the check-in at our hotel/apartment. Free afternoon and night at the hotel / apartment. Day 1:

Canyoning + trekking. Starting this day with a proper breakfast, we’ll go to the selected canyon (beginner or advanced level) to practice canyoning. In the afternoon, after free time for lunch, we’ll relax enjoying Parc Nacional d’Aigüestortes views. Ascending using 4x4 authorised vehicles, we’ll arrive to the starting point of this trekking. SNOW ADVENTURES With the backdrop of the sunset, we will gear up the snowmobile engines and go to the high mountain shelter. After a beautiful tour on snowmobiles through the trees, we will arrive at a picturesque log cabin. There, shelter rangers will be waiting for us with warm food made from local products. GREEN BIKE RIDE A fantastic tour of 2 days, all included, to experience an incredible adventure. We’ll go to Olot, our starting point; land of volcanos and local gastronomy. There, we’ll start our tour by bike called “Carrilet”, where an old train used to cross this Catalan area to the sea. Taking in beautiful landscapes, we’ll stop on the way for lunch and we’ll go to the Guest House, or rural house where we’ll spend the night in a relaxed atmosphere. The next morning, we’ll cycle again to Girona or another planned point; here we will have a local menu in a restaurant and come back to

VIA FERRATA COSTA BRAVA Equipped itineraries between trekking and climbing sports. Equipped with harness, helmet and spendthrift, we’ll climb along Costa Brava cliffs over the crystalline water.
