I Love Lucy Christmas Special: Colorized for Kids Lucy's always been one of, if not the, funniest and most colorful characters in the history of TV. Three I Love Lucy episodes in both colorized and their original Black & White versions. The famous "lost" Christmas episode of I Love Lucy is built around a tacky-looking Yuletide tree that Fred (William Frawley) has bought for the Ricardos. If you have been suffering from Back Pain or Sciatica or have been diagnosed with a herniated, degenerative or bulging disc you must hear about these new studies. Research tells us that spinal discs are responsible for most of the spinal aches and pains people suffer from. Discs act like a cushion between our vertebrae and allow for space at each level so the nerves can exit the spinal column. When these discs get injured or wear out from bad posture, they begin to degenerate and cause pain. Bulging and herniations begin to form, often pressing on nerves as they exit the spine. If the herniations occur at L4-L5, they can severely compromise the large sciatic nerve, causing muscle weakness, tingling, and severe pain in the buttocks or down the legs. The most common “invasive” treatment for disc herniations is surgery. This can cost quite a bit of money. Even with health insurance the patient is often left with large out of pocket expenses. The recovery time and missed work can range anywhere from 6 weeks to 6 months, not to mention the obvious severe risks associated with all surgery. But here’s the biggest problem… there is a high failure rate of back surgery. One medical study found that on average, 53% of L5-S1 back surgeries fail to produce relief of symptoms (International Orthop 1987.)

Before You Go Under The Knife And Opt For Spinal Surgery… You should seriously consider a less invasive approach called spinal decompression therapy.
