- All family members 18 years old and older must appear to provide picture ID and sign application documents AN APPLICATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED THAT IS NOT PROPERLY COMPLETED OR IF ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS ARE NOT PROVIDED NO EXCEPTIONS
