Client: Vemedim Corporation
Vemedim is a corporation specialising in the manufacture of high quality veterinary medicines. Accordingly, its new headquarters are intended to reflect the firm’s technological character. The office building has been designed to be a tangible expression of the firm’s philosophy, being adapted to its work process and embodying the company’s values. The complete building is composed of three parts with different uses: offices, showroom + labs, and factory building. The office area is placed in a completely renovated building, where only the structure has been reused. A new skin has been generated with a huge mirroring glass wall that presents a sophisticated look. The work space reflects the ideas of openness and neutrality. The rooms have been arranged by departments with a predominance of transparency, white colours and orange hues. The main element of the work space is a sculptural staircase in marble with an orange hues coming from the wooden materials, which prepresents the corporative colours, that dominates the area.

PTSC is a leading Corporation in the field of providing oil & gas and industrial services in Vietnam and a great brand in the regional market. With this project, we have sought a contemporary, neutral, and sophisticated look that means a qualitative evolution and mirrors the firm’s growth over the last years. The office building is placed in such a way that it obtains a maximum exposure and can enjoy the best views. The green area in front of the building hosts a large mass of trees and some rest areas that provide fresh air and break away from the typically harsh industrial estates.

ACB LEARNING HUB Hochiminh city Year of completion: 2018 The learning hub is design with modern space and high-tech equipment to create a learning inspiration as well as provide an advanced learning environment, encouraging self-discovery in the learning process, thereby motivating learners to pursue their lifelong learning purpose. On an area of 2000m2, ACB Learning Center has an open, friendly architecture that emphasizes the importance and effectiveness of self-training. Learners will participate in the learning process here with the initiative in experiences and interactions from technology. To meet many different types of learning, Baris Arch design a full range of functional rooms such as labs, testing rooms, meeting rooms, conference rooms, simulation rooms, large conference rooms that can hold from 10 to 70 people and highly applicable. Not only equiped with high-class facilities with multimedia audio-visual tools, all Learning Hub rooms are connected to the wireless network and video conference system, so that learners in remote provinces can easily join important courses and seminars without moving.

Dong Xuan brand has been becoming popular with domestic and foreign consumers after more than 55 years of innovation and development. Dong Xuan has been improving, creating and determining new directions in order to develop. In this project, in order to reflect the firm’s core values and development we wanted to establish a dialogue with the surrounding nature, , from a composition of the front that follows the guidelines that these landscape mark; thus, it is taken as the reference rate, the proportion of the gaps and the heights of the plant. The result obtained is that of a frontage with its own character, without a dominating structure, but a building that completes the unity of the architecture and nature.

Set in the heart of Cantho city, this contemporary building emerges quietly, although completely integrated to the urban plot and to the whole setting typology. The plan was quite narrow and rests in between two buildings in a busy streets. With the aim of freeing the most of the central space of the plant, it was decided to concentrate structural supports on the perimeter, so that the space remains open and fluid, making different uses of the different plants. The handrails and balconies have been materialized as light metallic galvanized steel sheets that emerge horizontally from the wall, contrasting with its strength. Large spaces allow the wall to open the studio-apartment fully outward, which was eye catching and giave a sense of an historical center scenery.

This villa is a combination of coffee shop and residential, with the first spacious floor used as a coffee store and the other floors for its own residents. The coffee shop interior brings together reclaimed wood, refined finishes, lush green foliage to create a beautiful and serene environment. With this project, Baris Arch Architects keep in mind the vision that It’s not just coffee, but the warmth and coziness of the interior itself, so we created a place that people can come not only to drink coffee other hot beverages, but also reconnect with each other. Yen Coffee shop is a perfect place to meet up with friends or set up an important meeting with potential clients, read a book or magazine, or to just think and relax.

Right from the lobby, “The Muse’s House” gave the first impression of the 18th-century Colonial Revival Architectural style originated from North American countries, which is shown in classic rectangular walls, bright copper-plated details, and seamless stone floors. Square rhythm throughout the interior shapes and large glass screens were softened by the thin and light details of the frame. Thanks to the neat cuts of the table legs, chair legs and ruffled material for waiting chairs, the final note in the luxurious symphony was complete.

Situated on the bustling Nguyen Gia Tri Street, District 1, Hochiminh City, Sapori D’italia is an Itali coffee shop. Taking cue from a typical italiano caffè di bistro, the interior aims to create a casual drinking and dining space perfect for bringing patrons toghether and showcasing the venue’s fuss-free yet elegant fare. Guest can chat over coffee at the wooden pastel table, or share a meal in the more intimare area at the back, fitted with cosy banquette seating. The space is a combination of masculine industrial style and feminine pastel color pallete. The crisp grey and red brick walls are warmed by natural wood and create a minimal backdrop highlighting the cafe and the food. Every detail, from flarware to table accessories, was handpicked by Baris Arch to create a holistic dining and gathering experience.

The first noteworthy point when entering the store was the display of professionally classified shoes, creating a sense of neatness, professionalism and a firm statement of diversity in models and types at the store. This was achieved by a combination of effective contrast in using white color for the ceiling, the wall, and the shelf with transparent black border glass. In addition to taking natural light from the two large glass door entrances, Baris Arch also strengthened indoor lighting in small display cabinets and led lights on the ceiling to ensure a stable brightness, while maintaining to create eye-catching effects on the products. Using white light brings a dynamic and elite feeling whilst reflecting honestly of the product colors. The brand’s logo and the name of the store branch were highlighted on the marble background, adding details to the eye-catching product exhibition in the center and affirming the national brand name in a sophisticated and courteous manner. The cashier desk was opposite to the parallel stalls, allowing shop staff to easily observe and meet customers’ needs in a timely and professional manner.

When handling a multi-functional space like a gymnasiums, the design requires high applicability. However, the aesthetics are still a focus, as a way to create an impression and reflect the soul of the project. With this project, Baris Arch design Binh Phuoc Gymnasium to meet thoroughly both of the above spirits. The ceiling was designed with a delicate yet strong curves on the outside. This impressive curve simulated the flexibility and flexibility of the athletes and both promoted the healthy and dynamic spirit of sports. Creating such a dome increased the eye-catching aspects of the building. The building consists of a narrow, three-storey stand on one side, with many flexible entrances and exits across the four sides, which was strictly complied to public facility’s fire protection regulations. To create a truly open space and restrict choking, secret, Baris Arch team use telescopes in the openings of the dome to increase the interaction of the interior space with the outside surroundings. With a large capacity and scale, Binh Phuoc Gymnasium is a great destination, conquering every passion for sports.

This Buu Long Residence show suite follows the development’s overall concept of an urban landscape. Situated in the central of the buzzeling Dong Nai province, it is designed to highlight the architectural space and capture the overall tranquility of the place. The villa’s architectural and landscape were designed by Barris Arch within the framework of a greater masterplan, all follow a coherent, modern and elegant base, yet each one has a disticntly individual easthetic. The design of the overall residence was conceived to retain a certain air of urbanism, while maintaining close relationship with the nature, keeping spaces light and creating a relaxed and comfortable atmostphere. Within the villas, wooden materials with warm brass accents are used to create a calm and timeless ambience.

MASTERI THAO DIEN PENTHOUSE 1 Hochiminh City Year of completion: 2017 Client: Mr Loan This luxurious penthouse seems to be flowing and soaking in the fine color of red wine - actually it is the color of wood that runs through the house. Luxurious, delicate, and charming, those are the characteristics that one would use to descirbe this penthouse . Wood and granite were alternately used based on aesthetics and decoration purpose while still able to apply functionality. Because of the multimaterial flow of furniture, the main rooms such as the living room, kitchen, dining room, and bedroom become more sophisticated and luxurious than usual. With this project, Baris Arch had tried to implement different method to distill the patterns and colors of the objects, so that they both complement and harmonize each other.

Outstanding with the white color that dominant throughout the house, Masteri Penthouse is elegant in every senses. The house’s design was inspired from the neoclassical movement that stood out from the eighteenth-nineteenth century. The neutral neutral palette (white, gray, and pale green) works so well when combined with the calm color of the wood. The highlights of the penthouse is in the selected patterns and motifs on the furniture from chair to door, though seem simple at first glance but uniform and harmonize with each other.

This elegant villa is neither for a minimalist or a pure black and white person, Vinhomes Golden River appears in its own splendid, luxurious way like a Hollywood star. At every corner, one can see a black-and-white cinematic scene: Marilyn Monroe was leaning back in an artist’s bedroom, Elizabeth Taylor was thoughtfully lying on a green sofa while the beautiful Audrey Hepburn was ligting a cigarette. Impressive and eye-catching, the artworks are integrated perfectly throughout the house. Each item is no longer pure in the supernormal capabilities but is prone to a more aesthetics essense. A contemplative theme ran through the design of the units, where douple height windows offered restricted views of the splendid city. While the rest of th e color scheme blending soothingy with the ocean blue color, the changing room finishes were cold pallete of black and blue color, inspired by the nostallgic shades of an antique photogragh.

For this project, Baris Arch team imagined an interior that would mirror its resident. Like a well-heeled Thaodienese, it is cosmopolitan, edgy and profoundly urban. The living room’s jade color walls celebrate the most essential of the residence’s materials. The furniture and material selection were inspired by the future resident’s flawless wardrobe. The sharp furnishes of the wall were complemented by the sofa’s suit -grey upholstery, complete with a crisp white cushion that evoke a feeling of a rebelious lady. Haughty and fashionable, the apartment looked like a muse straight cut from the Vougue Magazine. She was bright and lively with a hint of impulsive and random color blocks in the living room, modern and attractive with neutral white-black tones in the kitchen, mysterious and sexy with a little of black and white in the bedroom. She was beautiful despite all angles.

Phuong Midtown Apartment is the project that showcase Baris Arch team’s holistic and context-driven approach. Its design strived to create an ample and balanced living space, to anchor them within their surroundings , and to create a sense of place. This apartment interiors were played with a notion to create an urban yet contemporary feeling. Generous architectural volumes are accentuated by the vertical lines of the built-in wooden cladding creating the walls separating two spaces. Lush, deep sofas and armchairs softened the linearity of the hard finishes.

This project was put in line with the Thanh Mai Spa spirit since it was of the same owner. Our main goals were to create a highly aspirational residence that would blend a sense of santuary, relaxation and home within the dynamic Hochiminh neighborhood. The apartment was a refinement of the architectural beauty of the past era, an elegant combination of neoclassic style and simple features of contemporary style. Contemporary furniture is tastefully combined with iconic mid-century pieces, while the selected color scheme was refeshing and stimulalting. Moreover, in order to continue to affirm its value, the project is also ostentatious with modern design and optimal comfort. This combination resulted in a truly cosmopolitan and stylish experience.

The beauty of architecture in general and interior in particular is dominated by two main senses - tactile and visual. In this apartment, the sense of touch is awakened by the material used largely in the house giving the feeling of protection. Saigon South apartment owns a balanced and soft beauty. The intentional use of two contrasting color: green and pure white - spliting the space into two equal parts. This exciting color contrast exists in both horizontal and vertical directions of the house, but to separate the house, but to connect them. To a certain extent, the color language here carried out the message of connection. The expensive accents come from this material and this way of developing opposite colors creates an original beauty for the house.
