We’re on the road again, Our day trips & holidays have finally restarted! We cannot wait to welcome you

back onboard. We expect to be still be running our tours on a reduced capacity we expect for quite a bit of this year, so make sure to book ahead now to avoid disappointment! Hopefully as lockdown eases and the vaccine roll out progresses, not all of the below safety measures will be needed. We do advise to please check our Coronavirus webpage for any changes to these policies before your trip. All upcoming trips will be operating subject to Government guidelines at the point of travel. For future Theatres and concerts, and ticketed events we do rely on hearing the status of the shows from the event promoters. If there is any changes to the status of an event or show we will be in contact with all our customers who have booked to confirm the status. For added peace of mind, we have a covid covered money back guarantee policy in place if your trip is unfortunately cancelled due to any further restrictions down the road.

Protection

• It is now a legal requirement to wear a face covering on all public transport. • People with a ligitimate reason and Children under 11yrs are exempt from wearing a face covering. • A cloth face covering should cover your mouth and nose while still allowing you to breathe comfortably. • Ventilation will be used to refresh the air supply.

• Our drivers will be wearing a face covering. (Unless medically exempt)

Hand sanitizer will be available on board, please use as you enter and leave the vehicle.

However we do advise bringing and using your own. • The toilet on the coach will only be available for emergency use.

Social Distancing

• We have reduced the capacity on our coaches to allow for social distancing. • You may not get the seats that you have reserved at the time of booking as we may build a seating plan to help with Social Distancing. • The front row on the nearside and some offside aisle seats may not be available to book. • Bookings of 1 person are to sit on the offside (You will not be sat next to anybody else).

Groups

• Groups on coaches are limited to 6 people or 2 households. • A “Group” is defined as members of your own household or Support Bubble with a maximum of currently 6 people or 2 households. • You must stay in your group whilst on and off the coach. This includes whilst at hotels, attractions etc. • If your booking contains more than one group, then please ensure to let us know so that we can seat each group separately.
