How to inflate a handball A handball should be inflated to between 0.4 and 0.6 bar (or 5.8 to 8.7 psi). How can you be sure that your handball is ok: - If it is under-inflated, it’s not round, it has no bounce, and it’s soft. - If it is over-inflated, it’s hugely deformed, the shaped is visibly not correct and it is not usable. Don’t forget the pump and the needles!
