BEER AND CIDER Cascade Premium Light (2.6%) Tasmania $5 Darker than most light beers, full flavoured, refreshing bitterness Lord Nelson Brewery ‘Three Sheets’ Pale Ale, The Rocks, Sydney $9 ABV 4.9% Our ‘local brew’ brewed right in the heart of ‘The Rocks at Sydney’s oldest pub ‘The Lord Nelson’. Delightfully balanced malt, overtones of herbaceous hop characters, citrus flora's and aromas. Kronenbourg ‘1664’ Lager, France $7.5 The ‘Seize’ as it known colloquially in France is a smooth rounded lager beer, slight bitterness with hop and malt aromas. Riverside Brewing ‘69’ Summer Ale, Parramatta, Sydney $8 ABV 4.6% brewed using 100% Australian grown barley and wheat malts, balanced with a generous amount of Australian Galaxy hops. An easy drinking session beer, the Sixty Nine displays a beautiful citrus and passionfruit aroma followed by a clean, refreshing finish Riverside Brewing ‘33’ Golden Ale, Parramatta, Sydney $8.5 ABV 4.8% A beautiful deep golden color, a fusion of American and English pale ale styles. Crisp and hoppy, it is bursting with citrus flavors and aromas Riverside Brewing ‘44’ US Amber Ale, Parramatta, Sydney $11 ABV 6.5% A deep tawny colour, this big, bold American style amber is packed with roast and crystal malts, balanced with a smack of American Cascade and Centennial hops. Murrays ‘Whale Ale’, Port Stephens, NSW $9 ABV 4.5 % A refreshing wheat beer with a twist. Its high percentage of malted and unmalted wheat and aromatic late hop profile gives a unique take on a session strength ale. Murrays ‘Angry Man’, Pale Ale Port Stephens, NSW $10 ABV 5 % A unique mix of classic UK and US pale ale styles. The best of British and German malts balances the huge citrus hop aroma and flavour strongly influenced by generous use of New Zealand-grown Motueka and Pacifica hops. Murrays ‘Punch + Judy’s’ English Special Bitter, Port Stephens $11 At only 3.9% ABV this is a great, full flavored hoppy session ale. It has a huge flavor for a beer with this size. Based on an English Bitter style 4 Pines Pale Ale Manly, NSW $8 ABV 5.1% A colorful deep Ruby Amber appearance. Aromas of pine and grapefruit overlay a malt background with full bodied malty flavours with a tight and bitter finish. 4 Pines Kolsch Manly, NSW $8 ABV 4.6% Based on the German “Kolsch’ lager style which is warm fermented and then cold conditioned (lagered). Light straw in colour. Aromas of lemon/lime prelude a light malty palate, finishing crisp and clean showing hints of spice and citrus. 4 Pines Stout Manly, NSW $7.5 ABV 5.1% A dry Irish style stout, presenting almost black, bearing a generous tan head. Aromas of coffee, chocolate and caramel malts. Gavroche Brasserie de St Sylvestre Flanders, France $15 ABV 8.5% Deep malt flavour, brisk hoppiness, fruity ‘Biere de Garde’ (beer for keeping). Great match to chocolate desserts dCider Batlow, NSW 8 Made using 100% Batlow apples, 50% pink lady and 50% blend which includes, Red Delicious, Gala and Galaxy. Crisp and refreshing The Apple Thief Pink Lady Cider Batlow, NSW 9.5 Lightly sparkling Australian cider, tart with a clean medium to sweet finish. Enjoy on ice, incredibly refreshing


BEERS FOR SHARING (Only if you want to!) Trois Monts 750ml (8.5%) Flanders, France $30 A classic Bière de Garde (which literally means "beer for aging or keeping") brewed by the brewery of St. Sylvestre located in the heart of the French Flanders countryside. The beer, named after 3 small nearby hills, is an old fashioned, full flavored beer brewed from strong aromatic Flemish hops and fermented using top yeasts.

Young Henrys Natural Lager (640ml) Newtown, Sydney $12 A beautifully balanced beer with a hazy golden hue that is bursting with Australian noble hop character.

Young Henrys Hop Ale (640ml) Newtown, Sydney $14 This beer harks back to the classic English style IPAs. Hefty malt backing meets truck loads of hop flowers added to all stages of the process. The all Australian hop flavour is not aggressive in its bitterness, but is evident in flavour and aroma and slowly asserts itself with a lengthy, lingering and throughly enjoyable palette.

Young Henrys Cloudy Cider (640ml) Newtown, Sydney $12 English Farmhouse style. Tart, cloudy, complex. No mucking about with chemicals or artificial sweeteners. Actually tastes like apples rather than an RTD Timothy Taylor Landlord bitter (500ml) ABV 4.1% $14 A Classic Strong Pale Ale, Refreshingly reliable, this full drinking Pale Ale with a complex and hoppy aroma has real "Pulling Power" and stands out in any bar as the ideal regular.

Le Pere Jules Cidre BuchĂŠ (750ml) Normandy, France $30 Pours a murky rustic gold with a raging carbonation driven head which abruptly collapses 1/2 way through drinking. Aroma features a complex blend of tannic wood, wild ferment notes and a rich apple fruit character

Le Pere Jules Poire de Normandie (750ml) Normandy, France $30 Taste is mostly characterized by fineness and subtlety of pears. Served very cool or with a dash of blackcurrant liqueur. For those who want to share a slightly sweeter cider
