Riesling + Barossa Wine Auction

Riesling is one of the most important white varieties in Barossa, thriving in Eden Valley and cooler sites in Barossa Valley. Riesling was first planted in Eden Valley by Joseph Gilbert in 1847. Eden Valley Riesling has become a classic Australian wine style and major contributor to the world’s appreciation of this variety. Typically dry, Eden Valley Rieslings have great ageing potential and are found in many a Barossa winemaker’s cellar.
